Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean. Lots of breakfast options! It was a great basic hotel to stop at while traveling.

We really had no complaints. It was basic, but truly, the cleanliness made up for that. There were some dings and scrapes on walls and doors... I mean, really nothing to even metion. I have stayed in some BEAUTIFUL rooms that were dirty. I would much rather opt for basic and clean.

Breakfast was excellent, they had a soup and salad bar for dinner the first night we were there. The hotel pool was clean and comfortable. The room was nice and inviting. Felt safe and secure in fact when there were tornado warnings in the area one night the staff called the room to let us know and invite us down to the bottom floor.

Bathtub was a little slow at draining water. Bed was comfortable but kept in the heat.

Breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean except for a sickly smell in room 205

Room 205 has a rotten meat smell that goes deeper than a room deodorizer could cover, and it’s hard to stomach. We would have requested a room change, but were told the hotel was fully booked and it wasn’t an option. Our son’s room next to us smelled fine, though. He and his spouse agreed that the smell in 205 was very unsettling. I mentioned it to the desk clerk the next morning. She was apologetic, but I would never stay in that room again.

The lady that checked us in on Friday was absolutely amazing! She was the phenomenal. The Breakfast on both mornings was really good! We enjoyed our visit and we will be back!❤️ Thank you!

Amazing, comfortable, breakfast very good,hot, best hotel coffee I’ve had to drink, it was fresh, staff was wonderful, very friendly

The coffee maker really needs to be moved out of the bathroom, and put somewhere else in room. It’s really not sanitary to have the coffee maker in there

The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that they had a really nice hair dryer in the bathroom, not a cheap one. it worked really good.

There is only one available outlet in the bathroom and the coffee pot was plugged into it. I thought that was a little awkward and weird. It should be in the living area, and there really isn’t a good place to move the coffee pot to in the living area. It’s just a little thing I know but, I thought it was a strange set up. Also, the TV in the room doesn’t get all the channels that the lobby TV does. we couldn’t get ABC in the room, which, again, I thought was weird. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to just “stay on”. The breakfast is ok but not the best.

The bedding and towels were all clean (very important to me!). The mattress was comfortable and didn't sink in the middle like many hotel beds do. There was a freezer section in the mini fridge. I was on the top floor toward the end of the hallway and didn't hear any noise from the other rooms and slept great! I would stay here again.

There was cigarette smoke smell in the room. But the front desk staff offered to move me to a new room right away!

The staff was SUPER friendly, all of them. Everything was clean. During breakfast one employee goes around cleaning and restocking throughout the entire breakfast timeframe. The breakfast was good, with tons of options. The pool was a bit small, but fine. They also have a few separate hang out areas outside, with chairs and grills. The beds were comfortable. We had a suite, and even the sofa bed wasn’t bad. We loved the space and sitting options in our room. We really loved that checkout was 11am, which gives an extra hour, as most hotels are 10am. We’d definitely stay here again!!

A hot tub would be nice…

We loved everything about our stay. We didn't want to leave the next morning so we asked to keep our room another night! Our room was nice, with comfortable beds. Cozy view from our room as well.

There was nothing to complain about.

The beds were perfect and sheets so soft. We went to another hotel the next day and it was not as great a bed. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful.

I wish the tv had a guide but nothing else was an issue.
