My husband had a medical procedure do we couldn’t eat breakfast. We ended up not needing the second night but couldn’t check out early. We asked for a refund but unfortunately we didn’t get back from the hospital until 2:00. She said we were too late. We also had a charge appear this morning for 86.73 and not sure what that is. With my husband’s illness, we will be using this motel again but disappointed that the 2nd night couldn’t be refunded.

The extra charge that appeared this morning and the option of not being able to cancel the 2nd night.

It was just so peaceful for me last one at the end of hall not much noise friendly staff always there to help. Plus it has a full kitchen store cook and clean up. So perfect if you brought food in to fix for your family.

The breakfast could have been more then just coffee and a muffin but I totally understand

I loved the room and the lighting. It was clean and quiet. I’d definitely stay again.

The card key wouldn’t work 3 times I had to walk back to the front desk. Wouldn’t have been a big deal. However I had a lot of bags I had to carry back and fourth. I’m not sure what the problem was. I was glad the card key finally worked. The property also required a 100 deposit to even stay. Now I have to wait three to five business days for a refund. I wasn’t real happy about that.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room had plenty of space. Fit 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably

I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Coffee and oatmeal was about it. Was lucky if there was an apple or granola bar. The floor in the bathroom is starting to roll up. Asked for a broom so I could sweep cause that floor was dirty. So much dirt in the hidden spots.

I liked everything about the property it was a good stay very clean and quit

the only thing I can say I don’t like about it was the breakfast. didn’t have any options or selections. there was only oatmeal and muffins with coffee

We were running a little late for check-in lady at desk knew we were traveling some distance and and wanted to make sure we would be ok because we had children with us . She did all she could to make sure we would have our room when we arrived

The staff was so nice and respectful.

One of the laundry rooms' door was stuck. The dog that was in the room next to me kept barking, I suggest that seperate the guests with pets from those don't have pets.

Ryan was very accommodating and thorough and personable, Excellent service. It was a pleasure to meet him and we would stay at the Hotel Again as we know we wold be in good hands. Thanks Ryan! Jim

Space was very good ,location worked out vey well for our purposes.

Small thing but no coffee maker in our room was my only thing not to like.

The maintenance man really made a effort for us to go beyond and above his duties and made sure the rest of our stay was comfortable. He even help me when I left my wallet in the room. The upfront team helped with the remote problems and extra bedding.

At first our first night the A/C was just blowing air and it made for a horrible night. Tv remote not working in one room. No remote in the other Pool was closed
