Check in and out was very easy! Staff were unbelievably friendly! Suite was very spacious! Was happy to find an extra blanket in the wardrobe. Drink vouchers were an awesome surprise! We spent some time in the dining/bar area, very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety and the food was surprisingly good, that's rare to find in hotels these days. The woman making the omelets to order was AMAZING & so were her omelets!! Regret not getting them the first morning of our stay lol. Hotel was only 20 minutes from any of our destinations, made it very easy for travel. We will definitely be using Embassy Suites more in the future.

Bathroom was UNCOMFORTABLY small! Very hard to move around in there. Had to squeeze by the toilet to close the door & get in the shower. If you sit on the toilet with the door open, you can't move your leg cause the door is in the way. Room was fairly cold. Thermostat was difficult to work & get the room warmer. I understand there may be a set range the thermostat can be adjusted to but temperatures dropped down to -8 that night. Hard to keep warm. I did bring an extra blanket like I do at any hotel, we managed to stay warm throughout the night.

The weekend Breakfast early because I when for my son soccer tournament, and he need to be on the field at 8:00 . I received that hotel because including Breakfast but I can’t take it any day because your start late so I don’t understand I saw in the website you have a earlier Breakfast. I’m sorry I don’t want bother you, Other than that everything was 👍🏻 great.

I liked how friendly everyone was. There is a free breakfast and free drinks from 5 to 630.

I dont like that there are no vending machines to get snacks out of. There is a little store in the lobby to buy snacks but it's very pricey. I spent 5$ on some gummy snacks. When i went to pay for it, the line is the same as the check desk, and it took 20 mins just to pay for it.

I loved the location.We were basically surrounded by several shopping locations and not far from downtown. I also loved the fact that this hotel actually provides a mangers reception between 530pm and 730pm which they give you 2 free drinks every night of your stay from the bar.

The thing I didn't like was the time for the free drinks. We were out there trying to sight see and to think about rushing back at the specific time frame to use our drink coupons wasn't cool. ALSO, the room temperature was alternated by front desk management only and my room was hot through the night which made it uncomfortable.

The quality of the room and space afforded was nice. The location itself was fairly quiet and isolated. The breakfast was better than average.

The noise level from a number of young male guests after hours (11pm) in the open dining area, which was located in the center bottom floor of the complex in which all the rooms were facing, was loud and inappropriate. It felt like a party atmosphere and was quite frustrating. No extra blanket was available for the sofa bed...

I was home for the weekend so it’s always great to see family…ESN was in a great location for family to visit and vice versa.

They didn’t have our reservations upon arrival. We were NOT happy. We showed our confirmation number and pin still they had NO reservations on file.

it was great, the pool was excellent. The bar came in handy staff was very helpful. Everything was good.

They should definitely upgrade their elevators. They were really slow. It was a long wait the stairs would’ve been better fit if I hadn’t had so many kids and bags. Overall, the hotel and staff were excellent.

Hotel is very clean, well staffed, and generous with amenities. Had a room with a small conference table in it, and I have come to love that style of room. Hotel was very quiet, room was very spacious.

For as large as the room are, the bathrooms are way too small. It wouldn't hurt in a renno to give the bathrooms some more space. When sharing a room, it can be difficult for 2 people swapping in and out to get ready in the bathrooms.

The room and bathroom was very clean and very comfortable. We stayed in two other hotels during our trip since we had to continue our travel and the other two name brand hotels didn't compare to the higher standards of your hotel. I would stay again and again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

I liked everything but the elevators. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. And the location of the hotel was really nice.

Elevators were really slow, and only had 2 working. Guest and staff were stuck on certain floors for up to 30 mins. Was worse when your on the 8th floor
