The hotel and room were very clean! I am extremely picky when it comes to hotels and enjoyed staying here, that says a lot! The pool was great, bathroom was clean, the shower was awesome! Would recommend and come again.

99% of the staff we came across was very friendly. We ate at the in house restaurant (Burger Theory) right after we arrived and the waitress that works the evening/dinner shift was rude, charged me for what was supposed to be free kids meals (I realized it too late so didn’t get my money back) and just seemed like to not care much. On the contrary, the waitress that worked the morning/breakfast shift was very friendly and did a great job! We appreciated her!

The room was spacious and we were accommodated with a walk-in shower, which was helpful for my disabled hubby who finds it hard to step over into a tub! It was clean.

I didn't like that we weren't told we had to directly ask for our room to be tidied/cleaned ...we did request once during the stay bc garbage was overflowing in a few of the cans. It's nice to have bed made every day - and we had to ask for toilet paper twice during our stay. We don't mind saving water for towels etc, but the room itself should be tidied daily bc we're paying for the room and bed with that expectation, as we are on vacation, and aren't 'home' having to do it ourselves! Also, to date, the $50 incidental charge has not been deposited back into my account and we did not ask or use anything extra during our stay.

Surprise security deposit in which I haven't received back yet was told 2/3 days it's been a week, and when getting the room it said breakfast was included, didn't know it was only for ONE PERSON they need to specify that in their explanation of what you get as I thought it was like other hotels where you and your children/family get free breakfast

Surprisingly nice, clean and ran by a friendly staff. Comparable hotels in Indy while trying to attend GenCon are routinely both much more expensive and not as nice. Inviting public spaces near fireplaces & a fire pit will be even better in cooler weather. Good restaurant and staff as well!

Likely a matter of personal tastes, but the bed was a bit too firm for us. However, 4 good-sized pillows helped off set that.

Large room with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. It was nice having a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room.

We didn't receive housekeeping services, which is not a big deal. On one day we returned to find a do not disturb sign on our door which we had not placed there--ours was still inside. On one morning, the coffee downstairs was cold. I had gone down there because my coffee pods had not been replenished.

The staff that was working the night we arrived which was Nov 3, 2022 around 8pm. was very nice, helpful, personable, and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. The shuttle we took to the airport the woman who was driving the next morning was very nice and was very interactive with us. We really liked that. The gentleman who drove us from airport on Nov.7th 2022 around 7:30pm and 8 PM was very helpful with our luggage and very nice.

The only thing were the rates. For only staying less then 24 hours. But, the stay was good, people were friendly and knowledgeable and also helpful. So, we can accept it. It was worth it! We will be back. Thank you!

Very clean and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We were on a short stay with a very early flight so we didn't get to experience any of the amenities. We were very pleased with the ease of checking out in the middle of the night.

As I said we weren't there very long. Just long enough to catch some Z's before we needed to get up at 3am to head to the airport. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend this hotel to anyone taking a flight out of Indianapolis.

I am from N.M., so it was imperative that the ride from and to airport be as stated. I turned rental car in to Alamo and called your facility. You were there within 15 minutes. The same the next morning at 4:AM. Thank you.

Very comfortable. I liked that I could adjust the cool and heat. The humidity made me cold. I would have like to order room service.....but, I was just fine.

Great coffee in the lobby. Mostly i liked the friendly staff and the bright clean rooms. The airport shuttle is a big plus and selling point for me. Great burgers and beer in the restaurant. Nice outdoor patio! Excellent facility!

I couldn’t figure out how to work the kaurig coffee machine. Boldvinstructions are needed for travelers waking up at 4am for a flight and trying to figure it out. I didn’t.

I liked the spacious room I stayed in, very nice

I didn’t like the TV, it’s way too small considering the size of the room and the distance it is from the bed, plus it kept losing connection. The TV definitely needs to be bigger. I was disappointed to discover there isn’t a continental breakfast anymore, and why? Considering the price of the rooms; this could suffice what was being served. They should at least have danish and coffee available every morning, this will bring customers back. When you have early flight a small bite to eat helps your morale.
