The staff, led by Marie, is friendly and attentive. Quality is in the midst of a renovation of what was once a high-end property (this is a 45-50 year old) hotel. It is quiet for the most part (obviously reno work areas will not be), but the stay worked for my needs. The continental breakfast is: waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, hot oatmeal, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Sometimes people take more from that selection. Nice pool... families seem to enjoy it. Rooms are quiet, comfortable for a single traveler. I have been pleased in my over 1 dozen stays in the fall of 2024!

I had no particular complaints. One who is expecting rates to not rise when Purdue Football and Basketball drive the market rates for out of town guests, are not understanding that occurs. I have spent plenty of times in hotels across the country - obviously pricing routinely doubles or triples on weekends, if special events warrant that rise in price point. Suggestion is: book well in advance and look to use either various apps; or have a LOCAL person book the hotel directly for a better rates.

The property is slightly dated but completely functional for my needs. I was happy to see the signs about renovations as 2 new hotels are going up and I’d hate to see a business suffer because they aren’t keeping updated.

I liked that the property is in close proximity to my son’s apartment and the Purdue campus. It was also very clean. I’m not concerned about new and shiny decor but clean is a must for me

I had a bill issue, but Marie Tokarz, the general manager, 765-463-5511, immediately solved my issue in a very professional manner. We need more employees like Marie. I will stay here again and employees like Marie are the main reason.

When checked in there was no water, said it was out all day, it was back on hour after checking in, could have informed everyone about water issue before checking in, shouldve giving discount without water

Very no nonsense place to stay. Great location & price. Breakfast was adequate and a decent selection (waffles/yogurt/cereal/coffee). Nothing luxurious but it was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. We were in town for a bowling tournament.

Hot water could have been hotter but not a deal breaker.

Very nice pool and breakfast area. great value . Had to adjust my arrival time twice and the staff was very accommodating.

Some areas were a little dark. I felt like it was once a very stylish and cvlassy motel, but could use a little updating for wallpaper, carpeting and bedding.

Continental breakfast has several hot and cold options. Waffle maker, boiled eggs (refrigerated, cereal and oatmeal options. Bread and OJ.

Coke machine needs credit card accessibility. 1-dollar bills only.

Room and washroom were quiet enough space for 4 people. There were cereal, waffle, juice, yogurt, coffee and fruit in breakfast. It was nice place to eat and rest. Walmart was very close to hotel.

Coffee maker in room was not clean.

The location was excellent and very easy to navigate .

Wish we had known there were renovations. The breakfast was very minimal and lacked variety.

The most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Those pillows are so comfortable I almost ended up leaving with two of them, but I could never do that. I took a picture of the inside of the pillow tag so I could order them. You’re staff has to be the friendliest people I’ve ever met. How is it that I’ve never run into a person that worked there that didn’t have a smile on their face? I absolutely love this hotel.

Keep bar open for some hours on weekends and make food for breakfast on weekends.
