1. Sara at the desk was exceptional and went above and beyond expectations. 2. With the exception of one, all staff was friendly and attentive. 3. Rooms were clean. Facilities well maintained.

1. The toilet seat was loose. I’m a maintenance guy in the service industry so I understand that things get missed. I went to tighten it myself and the plastic screws were stripped. Not sure if maintenance missed it or if mgmt doesn’t want to spend $ to replace it. 2. The advertised complimentary breakfast amenities were less than desirable. I get that there are Covid measures in place, but this could be done better. Saturday morning there was no staff to handle breakfast distribution. The employee at the front desk freely shared her frustrations with us. Not the best way to start our first day there. 3. For the price of rooms compared to other places I’ve stayed, I expected better in room amenities. Even a mini fridge would have been great.

Location is great, close to New Buffalo Harbor, next to a gas station and highway. The beds and pillows are extra comfy and the sheets are extremely soft!! The room was a very nice size and love that the hotel has quiet hours from 10pm - 6am!! I would recommend staying there again great value!!!

Location was very convenient....Disappointed the oven was broke and could not have a hot breakfast. Staff was great, informative and great attitude. Beds were soooo comfortable!!!!

Good location right off the freeway, near casino and town. Beds were comfortable and roomy. Nice television. Very friendly staff.

The oven was not working during our stay so the breakfast was as anticipated. The refrigerator didn't work very well but at least kept thing somewhat cool.

Would haveThe shower! If I would have been a couple inches shorter it would have hit me in the face. No Lotion in the rooms.. I never pack because I always use what is in the room!

I asked for mine fridge to have in my room to store my medication unfortunately I wasn't able to have. ended just got some ice box. would be good to accommodate

Staff was very pleasant and this met our needs for a half-way point to Milwaukee perfectly. Very reasonably priced, considering it was summer Friday night and close to resort area.

The location, while perfect for our needs, was pretty isolated. There is a 24-hour convenience store/gas station with stairs between, as well as a McDonald’s, right next door. But it is right off freeway. Covid breakfast consisted of banana, small yogurt, prepackaged cereal, milk and OJ, plus available coffee, which you were able to choose. All things considered, perfectly fine.

The location was amazing. Very close to all beaches. Townline Beach-- hidden gem (get there early for parking-- NOT populated!!). Breakfast options hot and cold-- even with the COVID bs. They serve you but you tell them what u want and they smile. Pool was open until midnight! Huge plus! Gym is very small- but my teenager didn't complain. Would stay again.

Room service doesn't come daily to rooms because of covid BUT my family showers daily and we had to go ask for towels at the front desk every day!

Breakfast was great. Lots of options and the lady serving was fantastic!! So kind and accommodating. Location is great for the beach. Just about a 4 mile drive in. Room is a little small, outdated, and beds are just ok for comfort. Overall, stay was good and we would return.

I feel like for the price of the room, it would have been a little more updated and more to offer. Such as no room fridge, carpet was pretty worn, beds were not the most comfortable. No available outlets near the bed. Just little things. But the price seemed a bit high!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot tub opened until midnight was amazing, as we got in late. Location was perfect ... Right off the freeway and close to the train station.
