This facility is new, bright, clean & convenient to the nearby major hospital in the area! The staff is nice AND the rooms are laid out in an efficient & traveler-oriented manner! I’m retired now, but spent years of my professional career in hotels around the country, and this is a traveler’s delight! Great bed, lots of outlets & charging stations, nice lighting, good shower, and plenty of other comfort & convenience features.

I think the facility is overpriced for a Holiday Inn Express in a minor Midwest location. I enjoyed everything about my stay, but $150+ per night in Michigan City, Indiana is a bit extreme, in my opinion. I was there, unfortunately, due to family admitted in the nearby hospital, which is about three minutes away. The location is fantastic, the hotel & hospital are both new & top-notch, but the price is probably a bit opportunistic?

This hotel was really clean the staff was awesome was able to check in early and they went above and beyond to make our stay nice they have a pool and a fitness center and only able to enter with room key card

I myself have a fake leg and the bathrooms in the room could use a little more to help when in the shower they are slick and can fall easy and could use something to hold when exiting she shower so u do not fall as the tile is slick when wet

Excellent service from friendly staff! The breakfast was awesome with so many choices, my kiddos ate different things just about every day. The hotel was close to whatever you wanted to do in Michigan City and still afford you the quiet to rest without all the highway noise. Everything was super clean and neat when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean. Lots of parking space. I liked that the pool is less than 5 ft deep, my son was able to move around it without me worrying that he’d accidentally go into a deeper part. Breakfast was also very good.

It would be nice if there’s an outdoor space where we can sit and eat breakfast during a nice weather, but not a big deal.

I love the size and amenities of the room. The room was clean and had a great view. The pool was awesome but really cold. The fitness center had several equipment, well stocked and sanitized. Breakfast was moderate, pancake machine did not function properly, would have like a better choice of sides for breakfast especially the egg choice. The service was great. We were greeted with a friendly smile and felt very welcome. I would recommend this location.

I would have like breakfast to have been better. I broader selection of food. The room was a little cold even with the heat on. I don't have much to say I didn't enjoy. I would have likes to have seen some vending machines for snacks on each floor.

Breakfast was good, had enough choices for us. Would have liked to see Chocolate milk as well. The location of the hotel was close enough to everything we went to Michigan city for and just off the main road so it was quieter then some other hotels. Rooms had been re done and were very nicely set up with plenty of room.

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms were updated and modern. The staff was great. Good location and close to stores and restaurants.

The swimming pool was a bit small and always crowded, so we were unable to use it.

the front desk person was always in the back and not in front. had to ring bell to get attention. did not have any shower gel and only one small piece of soap. The one outlet in bathroom was loose and didn’t work at times. told front desk about it these things and she made notes to take care of.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying again! Great location too. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was good and location was convenient to interstate. Close to Indiana Dunes NP

Room was humid each time we entered even with thermostat turned down, but we got used to it each time after we were in it for a few minutes.
