Brunch was delicious and fun. Extra attention for the grandchild's benefit was a bonus. Grounds were beautiful and amenities were nice. We used the "great room" on several occasions for family conversations. Gazebo area with firepit was a family favorite.

Mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. Some areas needed clean-up or additional maintenance, but they, like so many others, are short-staffed.

The price and location worked perfectly for the reason we were staying. It was close to the location of our family reunion. The rooms were nice and fairly comfortable.

Part of our reason for staying at this location was the pool. But, it was closed for repair. Which, would've been nice to know at check-in instead of finding out when taking our little kids down there and finding the sign on the door.

The pool was perfect in the heat— the big pool actually felt like the closed hot tub!

The AC control in our room had a mind of its own—only change I could affect was to turn off the very aggressive fan but temp could not be adjusted. Hence, it was 2-3 degrees cooler than desired. Quite a shock when we went from inside to out and visa versa.

The HVAC system was noisy and seemed to be stuck on cooling even though it was freezing outside. Raising the thermostat to 74F was the only way to keep it from high fan speed. To go upstairs on end of building, had to put key in door to get in building, then exit building to get to stairs, then enter key to get in building at top of stairs.

Bed, cleanliness, parking

Loose shower handle fell off, and my husband could not shower. Loose faucet in bathroom sink too. Elevator floor was sticky, and while the facility was uktra-clean, the elevator was filthy and dusty (Riverbend elevator). Needs a good wipe down---walls, floor, trim, top of door. Yuck.

The location is beautiful

The room wasn't what we wanted. Thought we were getting a loft room. Booked on booking.com. if they can book for one building, then they should be able to book for the whole property.

Everything was as advertised and all good. We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, clean, friendly staff, nice grounds.

Room temp control did not work. It was freezing. We were told in that building there was nothing that could be done.

Convenience. attended a wedding at the conference center.

fire alarm going off an hour after we had went to bed and having to get up, dressed and leave our room for over 30 minutes. found out the next morning someone was smoking in their room and set the alarms off.

Beautiful property, wonderfully landscaped with dozens of nooks and patios for quiet relaxation.

The staff was efficient and professional, but not exactly friendly.

Loved the property: the waterfall, the corn hole boards, and the swimming pool. Nice restaurant also.

Elevator wait time. But the staff so friendly I ala not forgot that.
