Large quiet room, excellent shower (great pressure, plenty of hot water, free-flowing drain, shelves for soap/shampoo and a handy grab bar), good vanity space around the sink, fast elevator, excellent price, convenient location near the Interstate.

Very unfriendly/unwelcoming front desk clerk at check-in gave a bad first impression of the hotel. (The clerk at check-out was much more friendly.) Although there was a luggage rack in the room, there was no surface area to set luggage (other than the desk, which defeats the purpose of having a desk). Would be great if they would replace the carpet with wood flooring which is so much more sanitary.

Location, room size, cleanliness of the room, staff was friendly and accommodating.. they accept pets and don't charge an arm and a leg for it

10 day stay, so I would have liked more rotation of the breakfast items. Perhaps add a waffle maker or frozen waffles you can toast. Also would have liked to have my room made up completely (ie fresh sheets) once while we were there, but the hanger on the door notice to make up our room was ignored.

Clean. Nice pillows. Lots of breakfast options (go early for full spread).

Not enough supplies (2 towels for three people, one bar soap for sink and shower, tiny shampoo/conditioner for one person). Went to front desk for a third towel. Phone was there to dial ‘0’, but there was no answer, so did without. Firmer than I like bed, but kids liked it okay.

The location was great, the young woman who checked me in was personable, efficient, and informative, and my room was clean and comfortable.

It appears the interior needs an update. It's clean, but I noticed chips on edges of walls and walls need painting. The breakfast was uninspired, basically toast of some kind, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and cereal...really carb heavy. No fruit, no yogurt, no protein.

The place was great. Getting there is almost impossible!!! Only one small sign and one very poorly identifiable way of getting there. It took us 4 tries and then a helpful person.

Trying ti figure out how to get there. It almost feels like the staff is hiding to avoid answering questions.

The price made me think it might be a second rate hotel. It was not. I was surprised at the quality of the bed, the location, everything. Breakfast wasn't outstanding, but it saved me money and got me on the road right away.

This hotel is an extraordinary find! A wonderful, cozy and quiet place! The hotel staff were incredibly nice and friendly! The room was so good that I was able to sleep 100%. Thank you very much!

Breakfast Bar could use; Fruits, Pancakes, Eggs Scrambled if possible. possible Danishes, Yogurts, Oatmeal Packets. Other than that it was 😊

Staff was kind and courteous- rooms were nice for the price.

We were disappointed the hot tub had been filled in but also the pool heater wasn’t working so water was very cold. Adults didn’t swim, children did however I specifically chose this motel because they had a pool and hot tub.

Breakfast offerings were sparse. Had to go out for breakfast. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay

Breakfast offerings needs to expand. I have stayed in multiple places during my trip. I understand covid restrictions but a little more effort should have been put in
