The guy that check is in at about 11:00-11:30 at night was exceptional! Above and beyond. I have never experienced such a fast, accurate, and the most professionally friendly gentleman at check in. To him, "Thank you"!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was great for the price. I would stay here again on my next visit. The beds were very comfortable.

could update the paint but that is my only complaint. It really is a decent place to stay.

Room was a little musty smelling

Only 1 coffee for 2 coffee drinkers. Hubby went up to get more and was refused. Girl kept saying it's in your room. Wouldn't give him 1 for each of us. For the price they could at least have coffee available. Shame on them. I did call and complain to the girl. Will NOT stay there again. Will not recommend them. Peeling paint also in room.

It was a cheap room. And the location was right where I needed to be.

I didn't like the parking lot. The spots were not plowed and was hard to park the car. The blankets and sheets were stained all the way down to the mattress protector. I got the impression someone had just used the room and left because the beds were all wrinkly and had wet spots. I ended up tearing everything off and using my car blanket. I get that it was a smoking room but there were burns everywhere . If I hadn't already paid and the room was refundable I probably wouldn't have stayed there.

Good location for us...and comfortable...good value. We just wanted a quick sleep, and we got that...perfect! (Except for the above Phillistine at the gate!)

Check in by a really rude character in a tee shirt who, when I offered to give him my correct address, barked, "...I can't change your address on your driver's license with the DMV...!" I felt as though we we checking into a required visit at some government installation and here was the warden spouting rules and procedures! Otherwise the room was a good value and very comfortable.

Prices are high considering the room, poor Wi-Fi, had issues with the door, limited channels on the TV, I've never heard of having to pay a $100 deposit for a room, I expect to get it back and hope it doesn't take months to return it to me.
