We have stayed here several weeks now and significant changes and improvements have been made and are still underway. The housekeeping staff.is excellent.(Only 2) ( Nikki is awesome as always! ) And Bobbie is great and helpful as well. The parking area and grounds look much better, and the maintenance work going on is evident and very visible. The entire staff is friendly, respectful, helpful and very professional. This is our last week here and I commend everyone who contributed to our stay being more enjoyable in every way. Thank you so much. Rene' and Donnie Foland And Lily too!

The outrageous pet fee. $20.00 a day per one pet for us has been very expensive. Close to $600.00...and up. I researched other hotels who only have a one time fee that never exceeds $125.00. Including Wyndham hotels.

Clean and nice room, quiet, shower had good temperature. Really enjoyed the location and the town of Greenville as well

Strange odor when walking in the side door to get to rooms, but it doesn't continue into your room. The fan in my bathroom was broken and ran very loud. Those are both just relatively minor things.

Breakfast was Ok. Had sausage biscuits but were a little fatty. Water in shower was hot.

Not a lot of choices for breakfast, But we got by. Had we not booked ahead of time, we would have driven by and gone to one of the other motels even though they were farther away. Water pressure in shower was very low

We had stayed there before when it was the Greenville Inn. The new owners have remodeled the place and made it an ideal place to stay.

There was nothing to dislike everything was excellent.

Megan and the Manager worked with us to pay cash for the room versus card, also to schedule next year's rooms, that was very nice to be able to do. Thank you. Normally we eat at Bob Evans for breakfast, tried Jack's Cabin Saturday morning, much better breakfast and cost at Jack's. We come up annually for the World 100 race weekend, we will be eating at Jack's from here forward. We eat at the track for evening meals.

There were 3 of us, towel changeout became a concern by the third day, eventually caught the lady Friday morning for an exchange, we arrived Wednesday day. The exhaust fan in the bathroom of room 228 is terribly loud, hard to suffer with, need ear plugs.

Love the service and the comfort of the bed.

The only bummer is the lack of coffee as well as not very much selection for the breakfast menu.

Great location, very easy check in & check out process. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff is SUPER! Extremely nice bunch of women, very helpful. Bed was very comfortable too! Water pressure A+

Only one ice machine worked and there was no elevator. It was difficult for my husband, who is an amputee, to maneuver our luggage and his scooter up steps so an elevator would have been nice. Also, our room keys only worked the first night which was just annoying. And one more thing, the flooring (vinyl flooring) was not completed so it was not pleasing to the eye.

Close to softball fields. Clean and updated. Beds were extremely comfortable.

No swimming pool inside or outside. No where to maybe hangout outside and sit.

It is very comfortable staying there staff very nice room was very clean it was quite no noise from other people staying there
