Almost new modern facility - good value. Very large room with higher ceilings than typical hotels. - spacious and clean! Bed pillows comfy. Personable staff.

Constructive criticism for the Comfort Suites interior designers: The room furniture a bit too small/minimalist (as modern) and layout seemed a bit peculiar.. Despite the long length of the room, the beds were set too close to the window wall such that there was perhaps just 12" between the furthest-most bed side and the projecting HVAC unit. Thus the space between the wall and bed was not accessible/usable. Also the choice of a cross--room desk (as a room divider) didn't really provide a sense of a separate sitting area from the sleeping area, as it all appeared 'floating' in the space.

Exceptional place that was very good value. Our room was spacious, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bed was great and we both enjoyed a restful sleep. The bathroom is large and a great shower. Breakfast was also very good with excellent coffee! The staff were all warm and welcoming. We only had an overnight stay during a road trip but would have been very happy there if staying longer.

The only suggestion I have is to add shower gel to the toiletries supplied - the shampoo and conditioner were nice though 🙂

Only thing that happened that I didn’t like was our 2nd day of our stay I had to go back down to the desk and have my key activated again as it wouldn’t work to open the door. I was traveling with my disabled father and he has difficulty getting around so it was more inconvenient to him than most.

Key cards should work for every day that you pay for, one shouldn’t have to go to the desk and have it made to work everyday that you stay.

The place is extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and nice. They also refreshed towels and other bathroom supplies like nice motels used to do before places started using environment and colds to excuse the lack of attention to detail.

I have no complaints. In fact, I wish I had a reason to return. Yes, it was that nice!

I had to cancel an airbnb and was very happy to get a room at the last minute. It is a new facility and everything went so smoothly. My stay felt good, safe, comfortable.

There was a moment when someone knocked on my door and rattled the handle, and then fled with a thin excuse when I confronted them from inside (I was not going to open the door). I reported this to the front desk.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very large and nice. The soft light from behind the fabric covered headboards looked awesome. It's a great feature.

The outlets & USB ports were almost all non-working. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m. That's too early. Most hotels serve until 10 a.m.

New, clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

The television did not work. When we told the desk clerk he took out a paper they had printed out and said “ good luck getting it to work. It’s hit and miss”! My husband messed with it for an hour and gave up. They do not have the tvs set up with the right controllers for the cable they have.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful.

May want to consider a change machine for laundry. We did use the app to dry but washer was not an option. Front desk did not have change but tried to help.

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern

There was only one tiny shampoo bottle, Just enough for one not two, The thumping sound from the occupants above our room was very loud. The rooms need proper sound insulation.

The size of the room, the comfort of the beds, the smell of the place and friendlinessof the staff...it was by far an awesome place to stay!

Price is a little higher than I was hoping for
