Hometown Inn & Suites

It was clean and recently upgraded, very convenient location to nearby highways, gas stations and convenience stores. There was great security & staff was friendly and attentive, some people may like that the entire property is non smoking.

Check out was not until 11 and we could hear staff knocking on doors and speaking loudly around 9am. If we we’re staying multiple days and trying to sleep in you would not be able to. Room was very cramped too. We also did not realize that the entire property appears to be no smoking when booking. We understand no smoking in rooms in 2023, but we did walk off property to smoke. Did not seem to be an issue with staff though, just a personal preference.

Price was right, basic amenities were all we needed. Appreciated the 24/7 coffee/tea in the lobby. Friendly, helpful front desk and cleaning staff. We noticed the carefully planted flower beds and potted plants at the entrance that showed the owner cared about the property.

Would have liked a door hook or bar for hanging towels/clothes in bathroom and towel bar/hook next to the sink.

The room and hotel was very clean, additionally, the staff was very nice. The first room we were given had a noisy air conditioning unit in it. We called down stairs and we're immediately given a new room. The bed was comfy, the pillows were very comfy, the shower had great pressure. We loved that the door outside had to have a card to enter 24 hours.

As mentioned above we initially had a room with a noisy air conditioning unit. The ice was only on the 1st floor and as far as we could tell there was no elevator. This is only relevant because I have a bad hip. All in all, minor inconveniences though.

I liked how it was clean, newly remodeled, staff was very nice and warm Showers and comfortable bed. And a very good bargain for what we got. I will get room there again and again

I don't have a whole lot of negativity to say about it but if there's 1 or 2 things, it would be that the room was really small and I could not get around the bed in my wheelchair but I was fine otherwise. Also the bathroom door was too narrow for me to go in and potty so I had to find an alternate way and I did.

This hotel was good quality for the price I paid. The room was clean! No bugs, no stains and because it's non-smoking it smelled fresh. The room had the amenities advertised ie: fridge, microwave etc. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot! Free all you can drink coffee and hot tea in the lobby as well (besides the little one cup room coffee maker). The lobby is locked constantly and the parking is super well lit with security cameras. Even though it is next to the highway there was minimal noise from the road.

This property is located next to some lower rated motel type places so the vibe outside is slightly rundown. However, the hotel itself is well lit and I saw plenty of outside cameras. They can't control their neighbors but everything on site felt secure.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got to our room and the sound on the tv was not working, called the front desk and even though it was around 9pm she called the maintenance man to come up to the hotel and fix the sound. The lobby, room and parking lot was extremely clean.

No breakfast but for the price, security and how clean everything was it was no problem to order breakfast from door dash or simply go out and get something.

The whole location was very clean and smelled incredible. No smoke or dirty smell. Live plants in the lobby, tiled floors in the main area and hardwood in the rooms. Everything looked newer and was not just cheap furniture. The bed was comfy, shower pressure was incredible and the noise was non existent! Also had great parking in a good location to highway and to some good resteraunts. The staff were very friendly.

It was hot when we first got to the room and it took a little while for it to cool down. That was the ONLY complaint we had.

We've stayed here before in 2021 (in the exact same room, in fact), and are very happy with this hotel. While it appears to be a simple place, it's actually perfect for me and my family anytime we're in Tulsa. This latest trip was no different...clean, comfortable, good value, and very good location in relation to family in the area. Top notch!

In today's world you have to be picky! And I was leary since I had never heard of this hotel anywhere. Loved that doors are locked 24/7 unless you have a key! Check-in was super quick and the guy who checked me in was very friendly! Got to my room and was pleasantly pleased to see how clean it was and no odor! Room had a true king size bed, excellent shower and tub! Also included fridge, coffee pot, cable TV & free wifi. Water pressure for our showers was wonderful! Nothing like a good hot shower and then ready for bed. Yes I checked it first thing when entering my room for any signs of bed bugs and it was clean and free of bugs. We had a restful sleep. Check out was quick and easy as well and a different worker this time. He too was very nice and friendly. We generally stay in Tulsa a couple times a year and will definitely be back the next time we have to stay.

If you are sensitive to highway noise then this isn't the place for you. You can hear the high way all night long. But it didn't bother us as we are used to the extra noise. And no elevator. This is a small hotel tho and only 2 floors so it is just one flight of stairs. If you can't do stairs at all then I recommend you call ahead and make sure you get a first floor room. They did make sure I was OK with the second floor.

Location close to expressway, convenient check in and check, out outstanding value, comfortable bed - great coffee!
