After staying 10 days with two rooms I was told by Marriott that no rewards would be given due to the fact that I was giving a echannel rate to which I was not aware. In addition, when I checked in, I gave my rewards number to which I confirmed points would be rewarded. To only get turned down by Marriott even though I am an abassador Titanium Elite level member.

I never heard anything about a breakjfast option, nor did I see one. I did enjoy the room, bed, bath and view from the 15th floor.

Information about the breakfast, pool and other options were not offered or described in detail on the TV or in any litereature--none in the room. The parking situation on the 5th level was less than conventient, and difficult to figure out, but did provide adequate space. I received a $45.00 charge for the only service I did receive, a chicken stir fry dinner meal and a pepsi delivered to my room. The food was good, but the price, not so much. There is a personal fridge in the room, but no microwave, which would have bee helpful also.

We were here for the 2020 graduation at Notre Dame-in 2022 Memorial Day Weekend! The hotel was lovely, staff good. Our room was never cleaned-we stayed 3 nights and could have used new and more towels. This hotel is walking distance to several good restaurants-perhaps some of the best in the area (Cafe Navarre and LaSalleRestaurant. Both were very good (and I live in NY and am picky)! Hotel price was ridiculous for South Bend but supply-demand blah blah blah… would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

More towels, cleaning rooms when do not disturb sign isn’t out, free parking…

The property is unique and very stylish for a nice modern look with a bar and nice seating/ playing area. (pool table and games)

The toilets down stairs and our room didn’t flush very well at all. Windows were pretty dirty and had something weird looking on the outside window sill. Also it was very weird placement to have the mini fridge underneath the bathroom sink.. I’m glad we had a cooler for our stuff to stay cold. Lastly the coffee machine in the lobby was leaking.

Although parking isn’t free, we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage and walk to the local restaurants and the convention that we were in town for. The staff was very accommodating as we had to stay an extra night for unforeseen medical reasons. When we had an issue with her key cards, the front desk and maintenance very nice and helped us find the issue quickly and resolve the matter.

The parking garage only has an elevator on the fourth level our room was on the ninth floor and the lobby is on ground level we had to make several trips up and down in the elevator to be able to access our things from our vehicle the hotel was also under a slight renovation and accessing the stairs to the parking garage wasn’t pretty but it was accessible

The hotel is in a good location, the corner king room was very spacious, and the staff was incredibly accommodating to our two small dogs! It’s also located in a very pretty part of town with a handful of restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. We only stayed for one night but had a nice time. We grabbed dinner at a nearby restaurant with our dogs and sat outside, then took a stroll along the river. The hotel’s lobby had a lively bar and hang out area where kids played pool and other games while the adults hung out and talked.

The room itself could use a little refresh, but for the cost of the room it was pretty much what we expected.

lobby very nice. updated decor. nice glass shower. great locAtion right in downtown. plenty of rooms on Christmas Eve. free parking structure conveniently connected to elevators.

The area/floor was quiet and relaxing. The room was clean. I have traveled and stayed at various hotels across the country… I appreciate the fact that the carpet was clean. Might seem trivial..however I look at the details. Also the bed was very comfortable.

I could hear the guests talking in the room next to mine.

Folks are always friendly and I love that they allow pets too.

The price we paid was crazy high for some reason ($350), but it is what it is.

The rooms are very well laid out and comfortable. I like having a useful desk, a compact bath area but the best part was the comfort of the bed. Most hotels now use comforters/duvets that are too heavy and therefor too hot. The bedding at Aloft was SUPERB - thank you!
