Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Kind of pricey (450.00) for 2 nights, but it was a game weekend at Notre Dame.

location and room. The pool was closed and I wouldn’t have booked the room had I known this. it should’ve been discounted for this and disclosed upon booking. The room and facility at large was very clean

The pool was closed and the breakfast was absolutely horrible! The eggs were slimy and rubbery, sausage looked like cadaver fingers, they had cereal but no milk and the juice machine was out. definitely not what we’ve experienced at other Best Western hotels.

The staff were great. The sticker on the door showing that the room was cleaned inspired confidence. Rooms were clean and the furniture seemed newer with a nice big fridge that had a freezer compartment (useful when traveling with a cooler and cold packs that need to be refrozen nightly). Breakfast got an okay rating from my young adult child but lacked condiments. Overall a clean and comfortable stay.

A little hard to find. All carpeting needs to be replaced in the hallways and in the rooms replaced with hard flooring. The place is a bit shabby and has a faint mildew odor (which might go away with the carpet replacement. No condiments avaliable with the breakfast. Also, the pool area was closed in August.

the man that was on the front desk during my stay this is my second time seeing him. he didnt want to give me a room this time and was being very unprofessional and he makes me uncomfortable with how he was acting and how he kept asking questions everytime he seen me walk down there.

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was varied and flavorful.

We know it was a handicapped accessible room, but the handheld shower was difficult to use. We expected a shower head that we could stand under.

The breakfast was fair. Need more variety. Location was exceptional. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

I had locked myself out of my hotel room by accident and my entry key to my door was not working properly. The attendant at the front desk was very helpful. This was at approximately 11:30 PM on October 10, 2020 when this happened. Although it was late, the attendant was happy to help me get back in my room. We have not been out partying like you would think either. Lol!

Everything about the property worked well and was very comfortable. There was nothing about the property we did not like.

The facility is very clean. This is a pet friendly motel and we appreciated meeting a few different pets. It was very quiet considering the pets during our visit. Staff is professional and courteous.

We totally understand the new CDC procedures in place, however the smell of whatever was used to clean the room was too strong for us. Luckily the windows open up and we always bring a fan. The smell was gone after a few hours.

The check in staff was great .the night autitor made mé feel uneasy following me around.I had To move my car and she was very much irratated. Also I wanted to buy snacks and pop she said cash is not allowed.....who does that?? Cash is what we normally purchase our provisions with.She was rude maybe she needs to remember customer s tell other customers..aslo we were move to Marriott due to carona virus.

I loved the location of the hotel and the location of our first floor room. I also loved that there were shuttle services offered to Notre Dame campus. The staff was awesome and super friendly!
