Everything the hotel was very nice.

There was some people hanging around and walking around the hotel I didn't like that I had my 15 month old grandson with me and other family members were there also the people hanging out in the lobby and walking around the hotel didn't have rooms. I had to work early on Sunday morning I was leaving for work at 6am and that's when two guys were in the lobby just them I got back to the hotel room at 830am and they were still in the lobby I think they should have some type of security people like that should not be just able to hang out in the lobby

Staff was great. Breakfast It was okay I would have liked there to have been more hot food options. The food that was available was good. I’m glad there was French vanilla non dairy creamer!

Not enough hot food options. It would be amazing if there was Keurig or other coffee machine with expresso and other flavor options.

The rooms were clean, beds soft and it was close to alot of food and shopping but the hotel and property was quiet.

Most of the receptionist were not seeming to be helpful. I checked in on Sunday night and had to get my room key reset every day till Thursday. When I went to get the key reset the staff asked me if I had the key with my phone, credit card or keys. When I said no several replied with "well this system sucks". No professional at all.

staff was nice , rooms were nice should’ve been priced a litttlleeee cheaper but who am I to say lol. but overall an 7/10

I paid 252 for 2 nights, I came Tuesday night around 7 on Tuesday night and stayed until Thursday morning. there was a 100 holding fee that they gave me right back so I guess everything about them was okay!

The accommodations were excellent. Quiet and felt safe. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Going up the step. I had back surgery a couple of months ago. With the rails, I was able do better than I thought I would.

age of room and some features. our ac unit was spotty. kept having to lower the temp setting to have it work. by four days end it was set on 67. The curved shower curtain rod was bowed downward, causing the end of the curtain to constantly slide open from the ends. it was a hassle to keep water spray from getting out onto the bathroom floor.

This was the second time I have stayed here while in town.Both times have been good experience.the facilities and the room was clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful. The website stated no breakfast, however there was continent breakfast with cereal, fruit, muffins and beverages.

I was a little concerned that there was only a shear at the window until staff showed me a black out curtain tucked off to side...I suggested the curtain be kept within view. Also had nice mirror with night light all around it but was not quite enough lighting for grooming.

upgraded room was nice. renovations were going on so there was paint smell,clutter in the hall. breakfast was thin.

i did not see that renovations were going on when booking through booking.com. but the discounted rate seems to account for the renovations

Comfortable bed, quiet, mostly clean, excellent staff.

We found some items in our room that should have been removed by housekeeping. The breakfast could use some more and better items.

This hotel was very nice! Price was great! Within 10 minutes of Notre Dame was a plus.

The bath tub needs attention but the shower head was wonderful! A lamp with outlets to charge our phones would have been nice to have on the bedside table.
