Staff was friendly and when I had to book a second night's stay very helpful and worked well will me needs. The main entrance to the place was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this place to stay, convince to resturants, grocery store, vets, shopping ect.
The only thing I didn't like is they allowed people to smoke by the entrance/ doors. We stayed in room 152 and the bench near the entrance was being used fir people to smoke and drink. That didn't make me feel comfortable.

The property was clean. The room was a nice size.
Went down for breakfast and no one maintaining the food. Out of several items, no coffee. When we spoke to the person about the coffee, who was in charge, said he didn’t have any idea when it would be ready, then kinda laughed about it.

I loved that the staff was so helpful and very kind. The facility was nice and clean but was also comfortable. Great location to stores and places to eat.
The beds were not as comfortable. The pillows were very light and had to fold it a couple of times to get comfortable.

The friendlyness of the managers, the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was amazing. The amenities were clean and nice. I felt safe they did security walks at different times. It was very nice.
The bathroom tile was cracked. But other than that there wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel

the maintenance was much improved from last year. the tires on the luggage carts are still underinflated (a very common problem in hotels) but the bathrooms were much cleaner.

Breakfast personnel failed to show up for work on the morning I was there. As a result, the trash can was overflowing in the breakfast area. The food was not replenished and many items were unavailable.

The breakfast was mediocre and the location was suitable for our needs. The front desk staff (manager) was excellent to deal with and responsive to our needs.

the front desk people were always gone and they never brought what we asked for when we finally did get someone and also the bathroom sink kept filling up and it also emerged when no water was running spitting stuff into the sink
