Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mishawaka, IN

Staff was friendly and when I had to book a second night's stay very helpful and worked well will me needs. The main entrance to the place was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this place to stay, convince to resturants, grocery store, vets, shopping ect.

The only thing I didn't like is they allowed people to smoke by the entrance/ doors. We stayed in room 152 and the bench near the entrance was being used fir people to smoke and drink. That didn't make me feel comfortable.

The property was clean. The room was a nice size.

Went down for breakfast and no one maintaining the food. Out of several items, no coffee. When we spoke to the person about the coffee, who was in charge, said he didn’t have any idea when it would be ready, then kinda laughed about it.

The breakfast was very good. Nice selection, clean serving area, someone always there to assist/answer any questions. Overall, the location was kept nice, located near anything you would want in the area. Easy to find and get in and out of. Very nice, very well done. Great value! Also I would like to add that the management and staff were great. My wife and I were in the first stop of a 17 day trip here when she experienced a medical issue and the staff could not have been more helpful. We ended up staying several days and all worked with us making a bad situation a little better. Can't thank the staff and management enough, really great, professional people! They get my top A+ rating, five stars! Would not hesitate to book here again!

Everything was as expected, no surprises, no disappointments. A nice place to stay when traveling, nothing negative to say about this property.

I loved that the staff was so helpful and very kind. The facility was nice and clean but was also comfortable. Great location to stores and places to eat.

The beds were not as comfortable. The pillows were very light and had to fold it a couple of times to get comfortable.

The friendlyness of the managers, the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was amazing. The amenities were clean and nice. I felt safe they did security walks at different times. It was very nice.

The bathroom tile was cracked. But other than that there wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel

The location close to Best Buy and University mall was exactly what we needed. The design of the public areas was nice and the room big. Overall the hotel was clean and the room was cleaned except the last day Breakfast was OK . The lady who serves breakfast was extremely nice.

The water in the bathtub did not go down. The sheet were not replaced when it got dirty. In the last and most expensive night our room was not arranged.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean.

Breakfast personnel failed to show up for work on the morning I was there. As a result, the trash can was overflowing in the breakfast area. The food was not replenished and many items were unavailable.

the maintenance was much improved from last year. the tires on the luggage carts are still underinflated (a very common problem in hotels) but the bathrooms were much cleaner.

The breakfasts were very good with ample selection. The beds were very comfortable. I'm not a fan of one-serve coffee brewers, but was pleasantly surprised with the one in our room.

We had to have our key-cards recoded each day of our stay, probably just a fluke incident, but a nuisance.

the front desk people were always gone and they never brought what we asked for when we finally did get someone and also the bathroom sink kept filling up and it also emerged when no water was running spitting stuff into the sink
