The Cleaning was Very good...Of course some things needed repairs,it is a busy building..... Overall nice Accidentally booked @ Extended Stay South.... DON'T DO IT .....RUN..!!! Felt like a rat was gonna spring out anywhere. Didn't even dare to sit on bed.. Thankfully Comfort Inn had a vacancy.. Weekend saved.

The girl at the front desk at check in was super nice and very helpful. She was dealing with an issue with another customer when we got there and never got upset or anything handled it remarkably.. good job.

The room itself was clean but it did have a musty smell to it at first , when we first walked in.. However there were some prints on the headboard .That was kinda gross. But what was the most disgusting was when I went to put our soda in the fridge and found nasty potato salad and a what looked like could have been strawberry dessert in the freezer. That was gross .

Very easy to book through booking.com. The breakfast was limited and when I asked for milk, I was told they wouldn't have any until tomorrow. No fruit on the breakfast bar.

obviously toilet had some issues as there was a plunger under the sink which I had to use! Had an ant issue that I reported to front desk when I left.

I didn't like that it was a mix-up on the deposit over the phone and told me one price and when I got there was another price but then they end up honoring the price they told me over the phone

I don't like the 250 dollars hold(pending) on my debt card ! I needed that money to enjoy myself but I couldn't because it took what I had in my account....

Location was very convenient to bethel college.. it made traveling and navigating easy for me.

We had a handicapped accessible shower and a lot of the water drained out onto the bathroom floor. we needed extra towels to clean up the water

Bed was so comfortable (especially the pillows). The eggs on the breakfast buffet were really good! No runny scrambled eggs there!! Staff in the morning were very friendly.

The room was 60 degrees when we got there, so it took a while to get it to a comfortable temperature. Bathroom is a bit outdated. Had to kill a big spider crawling on the tub in the morning. Yuck!
