Quality Inn & Suites Des Moines Airport

the entire hotel was clean, and it looked like all the flooring was brand new.

There was an entire youth sports team was there, so the breakfast was gone, the pool was always full, and the hallways were always full and very loud. I only ever saw the 1 person working. It would have been nice to have someone walking around trying to keep things Im some semblance of order.

Best Inn I ever stayed. I like the smell as soon as you enter the room, the size of the room is legit. Just surprised us that the hotel pillows are tiny, lol --- could be the "Iowa standard size pillow" The location is reasonable too, being located in a small town. Hot Breakfast is awesome. I like it when the staff say Hi and checks on us when they are filling in the hot breakfast menu. I like their pool - its clean and very nice. I love Rose, she helped me with my reservation - assisting me to get a military discount and very accommodating.

hmmm... maybe just the availabilty of the staff to answer the phone. Besides that all is great.

The facility looked new and modern. It was very clean without any odors. The staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were made. The breakfast was wonderful. I will definitely be using this Inn every time I visit my daughter on Des Moines!

It was easy to get to and was easy to get get to where I needed to go to. It's not a bad place to stay and the price is reasonable but there is no elevator and if you have to go down stairs like we did with some one who has trouble getting up and down the stairs it's a problem.

No elevator and the bathroom is very small

Nothing the staff could have done about this, but a good night's sleep was a challenge due to someone in the room directly above us continuously pacing much of the night.

The room was very clean, we were VERY close to the airport but didn't hear a single plane the entire time, the pool and hot tub were kind of small but perfect. I had no problem at all with taking my service dog in, they said they didn't allow pets when they heard him barking (because I left him alone and was a bit anxious) but when I said he is a service dog they said ok no problem at all!

My ONLY complaint was the bathroom was small. My service dog tried to come check on my and whacked my knees with the door.

No working hot tub, limited parking due to construction that started at 7:30 am. Room smelled of smoke

Breakfast was OK. Same as most other hotels I have stayed. The room was clean. Hotel was quiet.

Room and hotel were very clean. Beds very comfy. Quiet. Not so near the airport you hear planes flying over. We didn't hear any.

Really small bathroom. Also we stayed two nights and they didn't come in to clean. We didn't expect changed linens but they could have emptied the trash. Had to take out trash ourselves.
