The views were amazing. I loved that we could unlock the doors with our phones so we didn’t have to worry about carrying a key around. The hotel was spotless! The beds were comfortable, the shower head was amazing! I also liked that you needed a key to get to the floors on the elevator that had people staying on them. You can’t get any further if you are not a guest which is a nice security feature! It was so quiet!

The Staff were PHENOMENAL! We stayed for State Wrestling tournament and had four children under the age of 8 and the staff engaged with all of us every chance they could. They were over the top helpful and friendly. The hotel was gorgeous. It was very convenient to use the Skywalk for the 15 minute walk to the arena in the middle of winter. The pool was very large and the workout rooms were top notch!
No hottub and no microwave in the room.

The rooms felt really nice and the beds were comfortable. I loved that we had Netflix since I was exhausted and spent a lot of time in the room. The Starbucks drinks were amazing right downstairs and the location was great

rooms say the king has a pull out couch. they do not. also, the $17/plate breakfast was terrible. the eggs, oatmeal and pancakes were all cold. the pancakes were dry and rubbery. absolutely terrible.

I loved the size of the room and cleanliness of the whole establishment. I loved the skywalk, we had tournaments at the Hyvee Hall and the skywalk was a great way to access other buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman in valet were also great. I seen them working very well under pressure.
