The location was great as it was close to our friends house that we were visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful and really liked our dog. The front lobby, restaurant and pool area was very clean and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The wing that our room was located in apparently had some problems as there were construction/restoration workers there. Three of the rooms that they had left the doors open to showed that the rooms were in shambles. Our first night there was plenty of hot water but the second and third nights there was little hot water, it was luke-warm at best. The workers also left quite a mess in the hallway outside our room.

Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Room was clean and quiet. They got us not only a balcony view of the pool like I requested but also printed a picture of a raccoon and placed it on a bed like I requested. My friend got a kick out of that.

The pool, hot tub, and floors around the pool area were worn down, with a tile or two missing in the pool floor. They could use some touchups. Mornings could be a bit noisy since they were working on repairing the large glass dome over the pool area, though that didn't bother me much.

Staff were amazing and curteous. Breakfast was great & they provided us meal coupons for the morning. The bed was a bit more on the hard side but was comfy. Over all would stay at again.

The elevators felt like they were going to fall off the lines and NEED to be maintained. The pool was pretty unsanitary & the hot tub was more like a "warm" tub.

Room staff

Booking.com offered breakfast for a price. I was then again charged another fee for breakfast. So I am out 10.50 for breakfast because it was for a certain order and I wanted a different meal at the same price,I will be contacting Booking.com on it. I should be refunded the extra money I was charged without details about their breakfast.l

Very clean and comfortable and convenient for the airport.

The food Grill let the place down at breakfast. The coffee was awful and I was issued with a voucher for breakfast which had to be the cooked breakfast at 10.99 usd. I actually wanted the pancakes at 7.99 usd but was told it HAD to be the cooked breakfast. Very disappointing.

We only stood for one night, because we had to fly early the next morning. The shuttle service worked really well and we had a big room. The restaurant was very good. The staff was friendly.

Our room had a view to the trash dumpster and it was kind of loud during the night, because we had a generator or something similar outside close to our room. We didn't want to change rooms, because we were tired and for one night it was okay.

Stayed the night before a flight in a blizzard and subzero temps. Checking was east and we were put in a room the was east to bring our many bags to. Multiple baggage carts also made it easy. Park and fly and a 24 hour shuttle kept th red bag loading the next morning quick and easy.

Staff was friendly, clean facilities, and very convenient to the airport.

Apparently noise repression was not factored in whatsoever when they built the hotel. I could hear the elevator beep down the hall, the kid throwing a tantrum next door sounded like he was in my room it was so loud and I even got to listen to the person above me urinating into the toilet. Not very pleasant when you're trying to sleep.

Nice pool.area. We had a 3rd floor room with a pool view. We sat outside our room on the catwalk and enjoyed a drink while watching our kids play in the pool. Nice bar and restaurant areas.

Very close to the airport and has it's own shuttle. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel after checking in to another in the airport area which we found lacking in the cleanliness category. Although we didn't have time to enjoy it, this hotel has a huge covered central area with pool, restaurant, dance floor and plenty of seating. And the inside rooms almost all have balconies (shared) that overlook the interior covered pool area.

Just a bit higher in price than we were hoping but it was clean and had nice services so it was fine.
