Very clean and quiet, however there were not many people during our stay; our room was on the first floor so I would expect more noise when there are more occupants upstairs as all the floors are hard; we had one upstairs neighbor and we could hear the walking very well... The appliances were excellent and everything worked fine. We had separate bathrooms and bedrooms, and everything was comfortable. The apartment is very spacious overall. The location is OK and well within walking distance to many restaurants (about 10'). Parking is available on the next block for $10/day. The virtual desk option worked extremely well when it comes to information and preparing for the stay,

The location was great, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and kitchen had sufficient utensils. Check in and out instructions were very clear and went smoothly.

The directions to the trash were not clear so it was frustrating walking around with a trash bag looking for some door on the building next door which was hard to lacate. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

The apartment was very clean and secure. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen area was very adequate and well supplied. (Including a Keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamer.) The apartment also has a small balcony where I ate dinner on two occasions. With the property being located next to the Wellmark YMCA, it is a super convenient location if attending a swim meet. Not only are you located feet from the pool, there is a HyVee only four blocks away. Excellent place to stay where the swimmers and adults can have their own rooms and save both money and time by eating in the apartment instead of at restaurants.

I liked the full kitchen and laundry option the bed was also very comfortable. We also enjoyed the smart TV with all the apps already ready to access and view.

Everything about this place was exceptional. The building was very well maintained and clean. There was a security door in order to gain access into the building itself. They allowed my support dog to stay with us during our time there. Street parking was easily found and right outside our balcony door. The room itself was very big and spacious and included a washer and dryer.

The garbage directions weren't super clear and we ended up not knowing what to do with it.

Parking options.. however very clear instructions were provided before even booking and with Check in instructions so you knew exacty the expectation.

Perfect location from which to explore downtown Des Moines. Impeccably clean, plenty of space to relax. Secure building, easy check in and check out.

only complaint is that internet was very slow, so made it hard to work online, either than that it’s was great living space.

It was very comfortable, I liked that it had a kitchen and washing machine.

It was by a busy road and very loud at night.

Well kept. Any questions or concerns were a text away. Convenient location.

Paid parking only. Never figured out where to take the garbage.
