believe it was the cleanest hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The lobby and adjacent restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming. the room itself was very clean and comfortable. the thermostat was easy to operate. the shower was great with just enough water pressure. loved the art on the walls. the carpet was clean and comfortable.

the only thing I can puck on is the lawn maintenance; the grass clippings had been blown into the flower beds/gardens around the property, and the crew could have blown out the clippings from the edges of the parking lot. there was evidence of multiple mows having been left. also, several cracks in the parking lot had weeds/grass growing out of them.

Nice location to walk along the riverfront. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free coffee in room and also already made in the lobby each morning.

The pet fee was not disclosed when checking in or checking out for that matter. We stayed twice - on the way to our destination and on the way home. My credit card was charged after I checked out. When I called to discuss the matter, they had no explanation why I wasn’t told of the fee in advance. I plan/budget expenses before traveling and was frustrated to have this extra expense. To be clear, I take no issue with a pet fee, only the fact it wasn’t disclosed at all.

Price, & so happy that they still had an available room on a Saturday night. When our original hotel plans fell through, due to $$ funds in our bank. My daughter was so upset when we couldn't stay with her friends. She was very upset that if we couldn't find a hotel we could afford, we would have had to go home. And not finish visiting her friends during their Cheerleading competition. Thank God for you guys :)

N/A The basket where the packages of coffee was. There wasn't any pre packages of sugar/substitute sugar (sweet n low, Splenda). There wasn't any like powder creamer. Or lids for the coffee cups. During free breakfast. They did have creamer,sugar (only had Equal sugar substitute)So nasty, please offer another brand like Sweet n low or Splenda. Oh and I found lids :)

Breakfast buffet was good. However it’s very misleading when I thought breakfast was included and there’s a sign at the front desk about the hours and checkin lady said when and where to to eat. When I asked the waitress. She thought it’s misleading also and Front desk should not have a sign. The waitress said there would be no charge and when we got home you charged my card any way. Disappointed in this experience

Great location on the river and near downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for trucks or trailers, which we have sometimes needed. Jitters coffee and doughnut shop is a very short drive away and not to be missed. You can watch your warm doughnuts being frosted.

The walk near the river was pretty trashy. Bathroom too dim for applying makeup, shaving, etc. Other lighting dim as well.

We booked a two bedroom suite overlooking the river for my husband and I and our 4 dogs during a very long drive across the country to our new home in Montana. Lots of room, great view, even a gas fireplace. Great food from the on-site restaurant, and the staff was so helpful..put out coffee for us 90 minutes earlier than usual so we could load up and get on the road at 4 am. Great spot for dogs too - lots of areas to walk the crew.

The kitchen had zero plates, cutlery etc. Not really functional

All the lights were so bright in the room. They need a nightlight in the bathroom to not wake you up if you need to go at night. And softer lighting options in the other rooms. One of the lights was broken and couldn’t turn on.

This hotel is well decorated, large rooms and right on the River. It is well located to the interstate and the business area. it’s part of a conference / meeting centre. Has ample parking. A great on-site restaurant.

The free wifi isn’t very good and if your not a Hilton Honors member, not great at all. The pillows were small and not overly comfortable. We purchased the breakfast option and while we had a great meal and service in the restaurant the night before, the morning service was lacking and food in so, so. Maybe just a anomaly.

I really adored the area. The hotel is located right next to the river and has a beautiful view of the bridge. The front desk representative was extremely nice as well.

I do wish my room had a view of the river, but overall the room was really nice and clean.

The location was perfect as we were staying in town for the NAIKA national basketball tournament and the event center was just a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The room was fantastic, a suite, and a nice view of the river.

We were asked what floor we preferred and the receptionist did not mention that one of the teams was staying on the 2nd floor. We had told her we preferred a quiet location if available. Lovely young ladies but a bit noisy. A lot of "team spirit"!!
