wonderful staff as always, breakfast was ok. rooms were good.

because there was a multi-state basketball tournament that we were not aware of - the hotel was packed and loud. overwhelming crowds in the public areas including the pool and various open rooms. there really wasn’t anywhere to sit and enjoy the hotel except our studio room, and even then the boys running and yelling up and down the halls. the room prices were also very high because of the lack of availability. usually I don’t mind paying extra to enjoy the Staybridge, but this time, there wasn’t much to enjoy, besides the staff.

Great continental breakfast, free laundry, friendly staff, spacious rooms, quiet location.

No soap or dishwasher soap for the kitchen, and on our last night, they had a bunch of kids check in and they were running up and down the hallway being loud all night. Not necessarily their fault but I feel like it should have been stressed to the parents about being quiet at check in. Our door wouldn’t lock properly either. Parking can be difficult if you arrive late.

Really beautiful facilities. We only stayed a night but the room was excellent and I passed by the pool, gym, and lounge area which were exceptional. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They were accommodating of my dogs and were sweet with my rambunctious two boys. Would definitely stay again even though we were just passing through the city.

Nothing to not like.

Liked the layout of the room. Everything was very well maintained. Very clean both inside and outside. Loved all the gathering space offered in the main level area, great for families that just want to visit. All the staff was great as well.

Breakfast was ok. Felt the selection was a bit underwhelming. The layout was also setup strange as well. Also, the shower floors were very slick when wet.

Loved how we saw some cute happy dogs when we walked in and very nice and friendly staff too. The room was a very nice set up that worked perfect for us. We will continue to stay here every year for our pool tournament for now on! Already booked for next year!

The breakfast was excellent. The lady in the breakfast area worked on the weekends and was very nice. The Lady behind the desk in the mornings was especially friendly and nice.

The pool wasn't very clean and had debris in the corners of the pool. In the hotel room it gave off a fragrant odor coming from the heat system which was a little nauseating.

The continental breakfast had a great selection of breakfast foods to chose from! The tables and counters were clean and refilled appropriately! Everyone was helpful and kind! Our room was clean and welcoming! The fitness area and pool were also clean and organized! We had a wonderful stay and we’re very impressed with everything!

I loved how helpful they were! They didn't get upset for my endless questions trying to get my family together is hard enough we live all over the US and they made us feel welcomed! A lot of us have anxiety and they made the whole stay so calming and smooth, a must stay facility! We will be back!

Check in was later than we liked but we made it work. 🙂

hotel was nice

The front desk was upset we used online 3rd party booking. Never have I got a talking to about using a third party before like I was in the wrong. I booked two nights incase of weather ended staying one. Front desk again was made because I’m taking money away from the owner. when it was MY money I also was out of. The pool was out service

I am from Sioux City and my boyfriend and I were meeting sine friends of mine that live in Sioux City at Historic 4th Street for dinner and to hang out that evening. Staybridge was convenient on the side of town I grew up in and close to where my friends live.
