Breakfast was simple, no frills, nothing unique. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with questions and dinner recommendations and directions! One detail was the pillow arrangement when I arrived - very cool! The bed was comfy and I slept great!

The facilities are fine, again, like breakfast - no frills. Wear and tear and construction details that show the wear and tear, but the facility was clean and comfy!

Heated pool was what I was looking forward to. But couldn't get in as there were 2 large groups of kids using it whenever I checked.

The breakfast area was over crowded and no precautions what so ever to at the very least distance a little bit. Not everyone can pretend covid it over. Please provide trays so those of us who needs to mask and distance can take some food to our room.

Breakfast was great. Pool was heated and towels were available.in the pool area.. Staff was friendly. Very clean. Front desk gave suggestions of area eating places. Very welcoming.

We did not have reservations, but the desk clerk was very friendly & helpful (Zack). The room was clean, and breakfast was great. Someone was checking to make sure everything was hot & full in tray. We will stay there next time. Great place.

I booked this room for my mom when she came to visit. It was one of the cheapest places and I have to say they way exceeded our expectations. My mom loved the bed, everything was clean and modern. Has a fridge and microwave which was great. The staff was very friendly. Didn’t eat the breakfast, but it still looked good and had a good selection.

I have zero complaints.

The person who checked us in was super nice. The beds were soft but not to soft. Plenty of pillows. Vending machines not overpriced for a hotel. Large vending selection. Upon check in he gave us a list of who delivers, DoorDash and Uber eats.

Around 1130 a charter bus came on and the young men getting off was extremely loud in the hallways. I called a little after midnight and the front desk said he would tell them to be quieter. They eventually went up stairs to their rooms but could still be heard above us till nearly one!!

The entire staff was awesome! Very accommodating with a pet and two kids. Would absolutely stay again.

The breakfast offerings Monday through Friday are skimpy, but they did offer more on Saturday & Sunday.

Add more parking spaces, offer more breakfast items.

I was on a solo trip with my two dogs, a 2 1/2-year-old pit mix and an 11 week old Dane puppy. We had been driving from Quincy Illinois and I booked this place because they accepted dogs. Upon check-in the reception was super friendly & accommodating and he changed my room to a ground-floor room for easy access with my two dogs. That was so greatly appreciated!!! The room was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful night’s sleep, as did my two girls! The dog area was set up with disposable bags in case a traveler didn’t have any handy and was large enough so that they could roam, smell all the plants and enjoy being outdoors! I would definitely recommend Wingate by Wyndham Sioux City!!!

My battery died in my truck and a staff member took the time to drive me to Walmart to get a new battery. Another staff member allowed me to attempt to jump start my truck using his personal vehicle! I would say this is above and beyond exceptional customer service! Thanks Y’all!
