The Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Front desk staff were very friendly and wonderful. The food at breakfast was very satisfying.
The reason I didn't give you an excellent rating is because there was a lot of noise in the room above us. Kids kept running - I think the hotel should have been aware that families that have kids that will be running should not be put on second floor above someone. My husband and I had got away for the night because his mother had just passed away and we just needed a quiet space to relax but with the thumping upstairs didn't really help - but that may be why it was more frustrating to us then it usually would have been because we were just wore out and stress

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN ACCEPT THE WINDOWS HAD DEAD BUGS ATOUND IT
WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN AFTER WE GOT TO THE POOL, A WHOLE GROUP OF KIDS CAME IN AND THE AND SOME OF THEM WERE VERY RUDE - RUNNING AROUND SPLASHING EVERYBODY -VERY RUDE TO MY 2 GRANDCHILDREN SO MY GRANDKIDS WERE VERY UNHAPPY SO WE WENT BACK TO OUR ROOM AROUND 7PM WE WENT BACK TO THE POOL THE KIDS WERE STILL THERE ,WE WENT BACK TO OUR ROOM, LET THE KIDS SWIM INTHE MORNING RIGHT AFTER THEY ATE .....

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. Bed was comfortable.
We arrived at 8:30 PM after a long day of driving would have appreciated a warmer greeting from the check in lady. Not friendly to us. Air conditioner was loud when it shut off and would wake us. Staff members sitting out front of the hotel yelling on their cellphone while smoking , I'm assuming they were on their breaks. Both upon check in and when we departed the next day

The check in clerk was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
I didn't like the floor plan of the hotel but that is a tedious thing that can't be changed.

It was easy to get to and very clean and updated. Staff were friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and pool and hot tub area very clean. Hot breakfast was the best we have had in a long time. Check out was quick and fast as they email you a receipt. We will definitely stay here again!
