Staff - were second to none. They were all very kind and very professional. It’s quite evident that they go above and beyond to make the hotel inviting and comfortable. Very clean rooms and common areas. Quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good - well maintained and clean.

We liked everything about this hotel.

Room was clean and beautiful. Lisa that worked nights was awesome she helped me when I locked my keys in my vehicle. Very friendly and a rock star.

Kitchen lady was rude, food was under cooked and she started rushing people out 15 mins before 10 am then all staff came in to eat. But both days food was cold and under cooked.

Loved the cleanliness, comfort, and the professional and friendly staff who made us feel like we were at home! The breakfast each morning was a little different from the day before, but always a great variety of hot and cold delicious foods and drinks.

I didn't like that it was below zero outside during our visit, and didn't like that it was time for us to end our stay.

Great location, in town. Room is big and beds are comfortable

- The black out curtains do not cover the middle portion of the window (only sides). Our room faced the parking lot where a bright light was on all night shinning through the room. Very hard to sleep like that with a tired baby who needed her rest. - Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there and this was highly dissappointing.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. The place was clean both inside and out. Breakfast was pretty decent, with lots of choices. The bathroom has a sliding door, which was really nice. The property had us in a queen double bed room, when I booked a king suite, but they adjusted the price.

The pool was closed, which was not disclosed online. The shower in our room had horrible pressure and was not draining well. The bathroom door did not lock. I booked a king suite and got a queen double bed room.

Breakfast was great! I loved the packaged options for on the go! My kids loved the waffles! Coffee was hot and fresh! Dining area was nice, we were able to sit a large group together to eat meals!

The room was perfect. We appreciated the microwave, refrigerator, slide outs on night stands, chaise lounge, and room was very spacious. The breakfast was always wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wish the pool had been outdoors.

The breakfast was one of the best i have ever had. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast area was friendly and kept every thing well stocked. even all the coffee that was being drank. Front desk ladies always had a smile on their face. and the bed was wonderful.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. They put our group next to each other before we even asked. The woman who checked us in was amazing, even suggested the perfect dinner place for us.

only issue was with the payment, we couldn’t pay for more than one room on the same card, annoying but not horrible.
