Good to see a remodel in progress. Location

Remodel was in progress but the floor we were on our room was a mix of new and old . New wood floors but walls not painted tape still things in the room things just stuck were they could find a spot . Then early that morning somebody was in the hallway screaming I need help several other rooms open there doors but I kept my door locked. Like I said you start a remodel in a room complete it instead of putting Guest in the room. Also hopefully they fix the parking lot.

SHELLY the manager is a wonderful, friendly, warm human who was very accommodating! I think she deserves a paid long weekend! We were only there for four days but she was there all day, every day! My husband said the woman who cleaned our room was very nice (Maria), and the gentleman who checked us out (I didn't get his name) was very polite! The pool and hot tub area were very clean and DRY FLOORS! I felt very safe.

The bathtub in our room could be a little deeper and, from my husband - 2 words - COFFEE POT!

The room was large enough to easily accommodate my wife's wheelchair. The bathroom was well equipped with a raised toilet and handicap bars. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would gladly stay there again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in the KCI airport area.

Location, size of the room

Still under remodel. Hallway carpets were very dirty and worn. Most mornings, there wasn't much of anything for breakfast. There isn't any closet in the room anymore.

The location and staff were great! The pool & breakfast hours were also very accommodating!!! It’s a nice property, room was clean & comfortable, amazing value, and we actually decided to stay there on way back home again on our trip!

if I have to put something, only thing I heard anyone in my family mention was the breakfast. We might have been down there too early though, before it all got a chance to warm up and donuts were a bit hard.

Room was good. Breakfast was ok. Enjoyed being close to my final destination. I was 2 minutes away from the swim meet we were at.

Room kind of smelled of smoke and I think there were smokers in other rooms as I could smell it walking down the hall

Close to the destination I was there for. Friendly staff. Easy to access from interstate.

No coffee in room. TV stand looked either chewed on or had gotten wet and was warped or lament was pulling away where refrigerator sat.

This place is easy access to the airport. Would stay again. Only problem I had was self inflicted. Booking in a hurry and messed up the date. Booking . com helped but took a bit.

it was very clean. the staff was friendly and professional. it was a good money value. it was an older hotel but had been kept in very good repair and the beds were in good shape. it was easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating establishments.

Staff was Professional, Efficient, Helpful and accommodating. Room was large and clean and the bed was very, very comfortable... Saw they had breakfast but I only had coffee and when it ran out the staff got more coffee quickly.

As with most hotels now days, there are no 'smoking rooms'. There is however a smoking area by the back door, with the number of smokers (us included) frequenting the hotel, maybe a smoking area with covered benches, picnic table or a little Gazebo type thing would be much better than standing by the back door...
