Friendly staff comfortable beds excellent food Front desk staff very helpful with parking q code

I understand paying for parking while we were not staying there. However, we had to pay the night we stayed there . That caused us to pay 84.00 instead of 60.00 since you have no 6 nights fee. It should be in your advertisement that parking is not included in the room fee the night yiu stay.. That might have changed our mind where we stayed

I arrived at 2 A.M. by shuttle from the airport. Two people were on the desk, both bright and cheery. All the lights were on in my room, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a snack stand by the front desk that had a variety of foods, including ice cream. Wonderful for a 2 A.M. snack.

Room was chilly, and the thermostat only had "cool" and "off" settings. The desk offered a space heater, but I was too tired to wait.

Everything was good with the exception of the bartender area. There was only one person she was very dizzy said it would take five minutes to get me a cup of coffee. I expected more

slow service at bar area for coffee. She wasn’t friendly either.

super convenient when you’re flying out the next day. and, just the hardest working staff—I stayed on Christmas Eve, during a blizzard, the pipes froze and the staff worked so hard to give us water and stay in such a good mood. absolute pros!

Proximity to airport. Patio restaurant/bar next to lake - enjoyed couple of drinks with a friend while seeing planes land. Good layout of the rooms with wooden floors (no carpets). Cleanliness.

one room had a shower door that didn’t fully close ->> wet bathroom floor.

the lady who checked me in on 12-24 was excellent... the room was wonderful...The bar and the bartender on 12-24 was very customer oriented and she did a great job... Liz? and food was great.... Breakfast the next morning was wonderful.. sat at the bar...

that I could not stay longer...and also improve the wine list or update with current wines you have... bottles..

I checked the room availability , then called the 800 number to book the room, and the lady said that she didn't see the availability and wanted to charge me $286 for the room. I called directly to the Airport Marriott and got the room for $161. A very fair price?

The front desk clerk and Becky in the restaurant were friendly, accomodating, and made me feel like they cared.

Phones were down and I waited for a shuttle over an hour. (One did go by, but it was when I was in the airport checking on when the next one might come). A Kansas City resident took pity on me and drove me to the hotel. Airport staff were not aware that the phones were down. Seems like a staff member could have used their personal cell phone to inform them.

The view was okay and the staff was amazing.

The price for the room too be basic. The tub when I took a shower the water was Staying as if I was running a bath.

Beds. Hardware floors, room was very quiet. Shuttle bus vertical efficient.

The floor by the window and chair was very dirty. Dust bunnies in the corners. Bottle of pop left in the fridge.
