Quiet, clean, comfortable and pleasant room. Updated, clean bathroom. Good coffee available. Shuttle to airport.

Check in process was slow and staff seemed distracted with other things. I had requested a quiet room with courtyard view, but they put me in a room overlooking parking and immediately a big truck started running and kept running. So I went back to the front desk and told them I requested a quiet room. They moved me to a better room, but they weren’t entirely friendly about that. Shuttle driver from the airport was rude and seemed angry and annoyed. Shuttle driver back to the airport was the opposite and very polite and helpful.

Very clean, modern, and the staff were outstanding! The lady who checked us in was great! Explained things to me , was patient and kind. Walked me through downloading the parking app. Best of all, she had a lovely demeanor and obviously cared about our experience. I think her name is Brenda. Ben, the shuttle driver was kind, efficient, and extra helpful. We were traveling to MD for a family wedding. Our daughters’ were non-traditional bridesmaids ($750 for their bride’s maid dresses. We totally left the dresses and my husband’s suit hanging in the closet!! I called the hotel, the lady in charge had black hair. She told Ben, he saw me coming back to the shuttle. pulled up to shorten my run! Chatted with me on the ride back, was such a great mix of polite, appropriate, courteous, and hard working! The lady who ran the front desk that morning also went above and beyond; she had my dresses at the front desk, ready to go! Parking there for the whole trip was super easy. Five stars for everything!

The beds were too hard on my bad back, so it was very hard to sleep. They were nice, just too hard for me.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The beds are comfortable and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was very good, more than enough offered, and the breakfast area was very clean and well maintained. Starbucks coffee available 24 hours a day. We did a park & fly as well as stayed at the hotel the day before and the day after we returned from our trip. 24-hour shuttle service with very courteous and helpful drivers. We will make this our definite go-to place for KCI Airport accommodations!

Not really a dislike, but an inconvenience. Both times we were at the hotel, they were working on their alarm system and twice it inadvertently went off. One time was unfortunately at 6:00 a.m. on our return stay after a long day of flying and a very short night of sleep.

This hotel was very clean, and quiet. Rooms were a little smaller than I expected, but very clean. Only heard people in the hallway a couple times because they were being loud. Other than that it was nice and quiet. Liked the fact that they had a balcony that you could step out onto if you want.

Breakfast was ok, but would have liked to have a little more variety at breakfast. Like maybe some biscuits and gravy, or maybe bacon and sausage, not just sausage. And apparently you have to get down there early for breakfast. Second day, went down at almost 8:00 and the scrambled eggs and the potatoes were already gone, and only a few pieces of sausage left.

We were there over Thanksgiving and the staff on hand had to give up their holiday with family. They made our stay very pleasant and all of them were very accommodating warm and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay. The inside of the hotel was clean and well maintained along with the inside pool area. There were no musty smells that I have noticed at other hotels with inside pools with hot tubs. The outside parking lot was well lit and required your hotel key card to access. Kudos to the entire staff at Orangewood. You were AWESOME!!🥰

Only item I would have liked to have had would have been a vent in the bathroom.

The staff was very accommodating, explained everything clearly and asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay even better! They offered me fresh fruit upon check in. Nice touch! I felt very safe in this location. As a solo female traveler, moving across the US...I had my vehicle packed with my Life! I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car packed overnight in the parking lot. I will stay here again and again!

I have zero complaints! The room was clean, fresh, and for the first time in history...the climate was perfect. I didn't need to change the temperature in the room!

It’s always so clean and comfy. The entire hotel is very clean, and smells nice. There’s free coffee 24/7, and it’s good coffee! There are things you can buy at the front desk if you need them. The rooms are huge! Lots of room for kids to move around and no one gets cramped up. The sink and toilet areas are separate, which is fantastic! There is coffee in the room, and water bottles. The breakfast is filling and delicious! It’s just a really nice stay!

There weren’t any extra blankets available in our room, and there weren’t any dirty laundry bags to put our dirty clothes in, although this hotel does have a place for guests to do their laundry.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hot tub was so relaxing and the pool was refreshing afterwards. The bed was comfortable and it was not noisy even though it was close to the elevator. It was also close to the places we went to. The staff were helpful and I would recommend staying here.

The one thing I didn’t like was that they used a room spray that had a very strong smell. For someone with allergies it was hard to breathe. We opened the window while we were gone and propped the door open when we got back and it finally got better. I mentioned it to the person at the desk when we left and she said we can request that house keeping not use it next time we book a room with them.

We had to spend the night in Kansas City to get our next flight next day. The place was nearby the airport, easy to reach and a pickup service was offered. In the morning, we got a big breakfast. Very nice, indeed

As a European, I must admit I do not like the avalanche of plastic and paper-waxed cups all over the place. It is amazing to see how much plastic garbage people produce in such hotels just by having a simple breakfast. Given that only 10 % of the plastic is recycled in the USA, it is a shame.

The staff were all great. I started talking to them to let them know our planes were all delayed and we were still coming. I called to let them know we finally arrived and the sent a gentleman to pick us up, fast and friendly. The front desk was very pleasant and friendly, easy to check in. Starbucks coffee available all day long. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety for us to choose from. Juices that tasted like juices, not watered down like other hotels. Did I mention Starbucks coffee available all day long. We stayed 2 nights and had many conversations with a lot of the staff, great bunch of people working there. When it was time to head back home they drove us back to the airport. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
