Very attractive spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Well-equipped. Bathroom was lovely.

Staff at reception was a pleasant person but not very knowledgeable. I think she could have been dressed more professionally. If you are going to offer breakfast and I can’t eat it because of an early flight then it is a useless benefit. We had to leave at 4 am and you could have provided a bag breakfast or offered some cold items. I am sure you know there are early morning flights and feel we paid for something we didn’t get. Free breakfast is not truly “free.”

This hotel was very close to the airport which made it very convenient after my late-night flight. The room had a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cooking burner, ceramic plates, etc!!!) and extremely comfortable bed, good furniture, and a really nice breakfast that even had vegan options (fruit, oatmeal, plant milk for oats and coffee, etc...). I was very happy. What a great value for the money!

Needed a hotel room for one night at the Kansas City airport to catch a very early morning flight the next day. This hotel was perfect. The price was very good, and it is right next to the car rental return. The room was nice and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room, and I got one. All in all very much worth the price for an overnight stay

We were unexpectantly stranded at the airport and made a last minute reservation. They came and picked us up in a shuttle. The room was very nice and comfortable and the bathroom and large shower were a nice end to a long day of travel.

We had to pay 20 euros to get to the airport 5 minutes away because our flight was so early and their shuttle does not run until 5am. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

it wasn’t hotels fault for people throwing empty creamer cartons in the elevator also did not tell us they charged 30.00 extra on credit card till I called them and then did not charge what booking.com said it would be

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Everything in the hotel was clean. There were plenty of facilities and the room was great. Not only did it have more than you could wish for (kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable couch and more) but additionally everything looked modern and nice. The location (3 minutes away from the Airport) is extremely convenient.

Of course the starting airplanes are audible, but since it’s explicitly placed near the airport this isn’t really a negative point.

Staff was fantastic. We were traveling with our 15 month old daughter and asked for a pack and play for her and they accommodated while also setting it up in the room before we got there. Whole room was very clean as well.

pet friendly, location, amenities in room, breakfast & price

was told they raised the pet fee to $150 but honored the fee i pd. on my last visit about a month ago. because of this i will no longer stay here n will look for a hotel with smaller fee.

Excellent! The staff (one lady) was exceptional! I have never seen someone work so hard to make sure all of use enjoyed our breakfast, and very accommodating to everyone! Nice location, and comfortable!
