Breakfast is on par for post-covid motels. Besides, it's a very short walk over to Banjo's Cafe. Friendly, casual atmosphere and pretty decent food. This motel was in a pretty quiet quiet area even though there are rail road tracks on the other side of the highway. The train was not a problem as it passed quickly and used its horn just briefly. AC unit in my room was relatively quiet for a motel.

I liked our stay. I stay there when I come to Topeka.

The location close to the Heartland Park Road Racing track was perfect for my needs. The size of the room was great and met my expectations.

The TV channels had a great selection, but the system was constantly attempting to reboot or lose connection, or something. It was not able to be resolved for my two night stay.

The hotel is quite beautiful and very inviting. The staff was very welcoming. The color scheme was warm, cozy and makes you smile.

Breakfast, wish there had been fruit, bread to make toast and bagles would have been nice.

Location was great for what we were doing. I like the room size.

Did not like the pillows. Each time I got a blanket they had holes in them. I think they need to spend a little extra on the bedding supply.

My room was very clean, comfortable and recently updated. The property was in very good condition overall.

Breakfast options were limited to waffles, yogurt, cereal and a selection of pre-packaged hostess cakes. Fruit, muffins, toast, donuts or English muffins would have been better breakfast choices.

Should post pet charges when making a reservations. Be more specific regarding the type of breakfast available. Lack of restaurants with delivery available in the area

The hotel was great, you could see there are taking care of this property. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very clean, quiet felt like home.

Maybe try and have eggs and sausages as something extra, with a waffle, otherwise it was great.

Location was great as expected to the event we attended. For the price of the stay the breakfast should have been expanded
