.This is a suite hotel where you have accommodations to prepare your own meals. Comfy pillows and bed. Had most utensils in kitchen. Front desk promptly replaced anything you asked them to. Decent shower. Room is very large with nice layout.

Maid service only once during my nine days at hotel. Came in and changed bed linens and towels but didn't clean bathroom, vacuum or anything else. After a week the room needed it.Very disappointed. Also saw cockroaches first morning I awoke. So gross. I complained and was comped one night but didn't make up for it, IMO. The free coffee/tea machine space was often very messy. Sugar spilled on floor and counter. It was a while before they cleaned it up.

We were there for 8 nights and when we first arrived the associate wanted to make sure that we had the room matching our reservation with two beds. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the conveniences of everything in our room. (The full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and kitchen sink plus all the places for storage).

Not having room service available on a regular basis and taking my own trash to the collection area where I found one housekeeper. I had to take my own used towels to the front desk when I needed fresh towels.

I cannot think of anything disappointing about this hotel and it's location, other than maybe a little better pillows. This hotel was updated, very clean, the staff was great and the location was perfect for our stay. We stayed here in Feb 2023 and if ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again. We recommend this hotel!

Could have used little better pillows but overall was an excellent hotel for our stay.

LOVELY YOUNG WOMAN showed me my room,, explained appliances.. I didn't realize that this is a longer-stay facility, no real lobby, European style front desk. Dishwasher, microwave, etc. Price sure beats a regular hotel, and you get a lot more.

My arrival was late, the building wasn't the typical hotel with portico for driving into bright lights for security. The bathroom smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.

Very clean & quiet. The front desk staff were extremely personable, pleasant & helpful. Laundry room was big & clean.

WiFi was terrible. Laundry machines require use of an app because the front desk does not keep quarters & there is no change machine.

The staff was very friendly, I was there for an exam and they cheered me to go through it, I didn't know anyone in the area, so talking to them reduced my anxiety before the exam.

Nothing, maybe more sound Isolation will help but not a big issue

Clean and quite. Tucked away, but centrally located. Very modern facility with plenty of space. This will definitely be my go to hotel.

One one staff member was working so myself and other couple waited about 20 minutes before someone returned to the front desk. However, she was very apologetic.

clean rooms. the entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful..desk staff Bridget, Ashley, Kim, Monique, and Joanna were always pleasant, eager to be sure my stay was exceptional. Housekeeping was way above par!

It was clean, felt safely located and the room was lovely. Very up to date and simply styled. Staff was friendly as well.

We did, however, get “checked in” to a room that was locked, like the key card worked but someone was inside the room with the TV on and lights off with the extra security lock engaged from the INSIDE of the room! Needless to say, we had to go back down to the front desk and get a different assigned room just down the hall from the first one, it was a little strange and we can honestly say that sort of thing has never happened to us before and we’ve stayed in numerous motels and hotels, lol! The lady at the desk SWORE no one was “supposed” to be in there unless they hadn’t left or checked out…..anyway, just strange really, not bad.

Room was fine when got there 930pm. Air stopped working. Asked to look.at. no problem. Ended up moving that night when returned. They were quick to help. Other room was very cool.for remaining 2 nights.
