Springhill Suites by Marriott Wichita East At Plazzio

Megan at the front desk was great, a very cheerful woman great at remembering your name. Housekeeping very pleasant and rooms were clean. The young man helping with breakfast was an awesome and helpful fellow.

Main reason to book this hotel was the pool for the 4 grandchildren. Water seemed murky and heater was broken. The kids broke out with red bumps on their bodies after swimming. Seemed to be a big shortage on towels we only got 3 towels in our room and no pool towels the whole time we were there.

Staff and accommodations were great! Enjoyed getting in the pool for a bit with the family and every where was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good too!

The only things I can say I didn't like aren't even things I can say for sure were on the hotel's side of our stay. Both my wife and my daughter had allergic reactions to something - given the location I suspect it was the bedding, but no way to confirm. Could use some soft drink options for breakfast.

breakfast was ok, the lady that was working the kitchen was amazing. The room was great except there was no TV channel list or anything saying what time breakfast began.

The sun deck had weeds covering the flower bed areas, and they were big nasty weeds with stickers on them. There were very few vegan options for breakfast, and no dairy alternative milks like almond milk.

Breakfast was adequate. No biscuits and gravy or bacon. Could not eat breakfast one morning as we had to be to a meeting at 7 and breakfast did not open til 7. Appreciated water and fruit to go but it wasn’t available before 7. Did get a cup of coffee.

We were there two nights. Did not get maid service the first morning so no fresh towels, bed did not get made and no coffee or cups replenished.

We asked for our room to be serviced every other day. We came on a Tuesday and by Friday no one had been there we had to ask to have our room cleaned and new towels to be brought.

This was a larger room we needed the space thank you. The bad part was our neighbor was incredibly loud and we had people knocking at our door all the way up to 3:15am.

Breakfast area was hard to get through - would be better if waffle maker moved to another area. Would be great if they had turkey bacon or turkey sausage (something other than pork).

Everyone was very kind. The room and whole place was clean and neat. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. Nice and clean inside pool. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was immaculate, no COVID worries for me upon entering. It looked exactly like the photos which was a relief as so many hotels post outdated photos. The rooms were well maintained everything worked perfectly . I had zero complaint

Water pressure could have been a little stronger, but not bad. I would assume they have a conservation limiter on the flow. most new shower heads do
