Location for our routed trip, easy to get to, choice of interior or exterior room doors, great breakfast choices, polite staff and the sir conditioner was pretty quiet too.

Closed in (like a tunnel), smoking areas right outside closed off non smoking hall... So you had to walk through the smoking area to get to any other part of the hotel like the lobby or down to your car or to breakfast or the pool. These days I kind of expect to have a USB port to charge my electronics. My experience is that hotels are putting them in their lamps or on their desks, so that was a disappointment. Fortunately I had a wall outlet USB port plug in. Our bathroom sink faucet leaked, so every time we turned on the water we had to we dry the sink counter.

The staff here was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful hot breakfast with much to choose from. We were given a water bottle with our name on it as we checked out. I thought that was really special.

The hotel looks like a motel and is in a terrible location, difficult to get to. There is a Starbucks nearby - walking distance, but the whole area is a driving hazard. The laundry is in a room outside, so don't go alone at night. They have outdoor access rooms and indoor access. I asked for indoor. The hallway is dark and it just felt like a motel to me.

It was so clean and the staff was amazing!

It is an older property, which I knew and never mind as long as it is clean, but my significant other is much more observant with things being in disrepair. There was poor carpentry with fixing holes, poor tile laying, missing baseboards, etc.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on arrival. I had requested a ground floor room and was given ground floor. The breakfast had many choices such as cereals, waffles, yougurts, bagels,oatmeal ,hot sausages, eggs and hash browns. You could serve self and also had good coffee, hot teas and orange juice.

We had booked online so wasn't able to use our military discount when we got to front desk. Only one washcloth per person in the room. They say they are pet friendly but do charge for pets.

Quick check in, room was moderately clean and updated. Staff was super friendly. We slept through breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

The toilet was kind of loose. The biggest thing that I didn’t like is I was under the impression there would be a sleeper sofa, based on the pictures. We had to share the bed with our 13 year old son.

When we entered our room after check in, it was freezing cold, heater not turned on in room. It was 30 degree outside. The vent in the wall in the the bathroom had cold air that blew through it.

Wonderful shower and bathroom with lots of space. Towels were so clean and dry.

There was a heavy perfume smell when I entered the room, not sure if it was a cleaner or the perfume of a cleaner but way too strong. I had to clear out the air in the room before I could stay.

The personal was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and clean. The breakfast was good.

Getting out onto the highway was a little tricky.

Great price, friendly staff, great breakfast, and fright off the freeway. Pool was a hit with other family members. The room was spacious.

Beds were uncomfortable to me.

The reception was good, the room was clean, and breakfast hit the spot.

Walls were too dark and a bit dull and nearly every lamp had to be turned on to balance the dark blue walls.
