Hands down best pool and hot tub. Very close to the highway if your traveling by vehicle. Great location and a plethora of restaurants very nearby. We stay here everytime we go to Lexington!

Rooms could be a little cleaner, ie the carpets. I have back problems so a more firm mattress would be great, but that's just me. Breakfast is good but could be better with some non pork additions such as sausage or bacon and why not make the gravy without pork sausage and if people like pork sausage then they could add it, but for those of us who do not eat pork, a traditional country gravy would go a long way. I love biscuits and gravy, so a non pork option would be fantastic.

The breakfast here is very good, but a long walk from the "pet" part of the hotel.. I always bring a box from home so I can carry the breakfast to the room in one trip as the trays in the room are small and none are available at the breakfast. They do have a very nice dining area, but I don't like to leave the dog alone. They have been remodeling the common areas, but we don t use them. this have cut down on the areaavaiable to walk one's dog.

The refrigerator never seems to be cold because it doesn't stay shut. I prop something in front of the door to help, but when we arrive, it's never cold, just cool. the ;lamp had a burnt out bulb. One was unplugged and I was unable to plug it in due to location of outlet.

Stayed October 2022. Not our first visit to this property, it is upgraded and offers spacious rooms that are clean. Management did take action to quiet other room disturbances after called, but were oblivious to group, just around corner from front desk, hollering at two am in the morning.

They have changed hands and front desk people could not be understood very well due to Arabic basis using English. Breakfast was changed from previous setup: moved from previous room and was not as extensive, nor as good as previously. Eggs tasted like powered eggs, only had link sausage that was not cooked sufficiently for pork, bacon was acceptable. Cracker barrel is close by!

Easy self parking, friendly service, EXTREMELY CLEAN, AMAZING SPA & SAUNA that I’ve ever seen/experienced. You can’t find a better value for what you’re getting. Going forward, this will be the only hotel I stay at while in Lexington. I can’t sing it’s praises any higher!

The only thing’s that I would change if I could would be check out & in times. Instead of check in at 4pm, I think it should be 3pm. And check out time, instead of 11am, 12pm would be wonderful.

The restaurant on site was great! The breakfast was good- plenty of offerings even though the waffle machine was down. There was plenty to do. the location was easy access to everything if driving.

It was the conference center side that we stayed on and the night we arrived there was a youth event going on and we had to walk through a large crowd of people to get to our room. not seriously a problem, just wish I hadn’t had to go that way. and later I did discover an alternate route

I can not stress enough how grateful I am that they actually keep the rooms and stuff clean. 100% love that stuff is clean!!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and it has absolutely everything you need.

I wish there was larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap but it’s not hard to bring my own. Honestly that’s all I disliked lol

I loved the pool and hot tub room there are smoking sections all around outside. There needs to be one more accessable to the pool area.

I reserved 2 months ago 2 rooms 1 double bed and 1 single bed and the bunk bed room when I went to check in they had rented the bunk bed room to someone else so I had to deal with 2 double bed rooms with 3 teenagers sleeping in the floor. The hot tub felt like it was at a lower temperature than it should be was only hot after u came in from outside other than that it was just warm. I have always paid for my room with my card so it's on file but have always paid my deposit in cash because it takes 10-14 days to be refunded to my account who has 14 days to wait on there paycheck to be refunded to their account? And the beds are all white so you have to strip the beds to keep from staining them and loosing your deposit.

Front desk receptionist was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The room cleanliness was a plus. Enjoyed the furnishings in room except for the ugly green couch. Pool, sauna and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant has wonderful service and amazing food. Our server Sarah at Sedona was amazing!!!

Hot tub could have been a bit warmer and the arcade needs a few more games. Also the big bulky green couch, in our room, should be switch out with a couch better suited for the room.

Clean, staff was courteous and the room had everything we needed… even an additional pull-out bed w/bedding… the pool was nice and big(indoors) and if ur traveling it’s right off the highway (64/71)

There was an additional 150 deposit that I was unaware of … but the manager was very friendly & worked w/me!

Location is great! Room was very clean and comfortable, and everyone was super nice and welcoming.

You need more help at the bar/restaurant. There is one person acting as bartender, waiter, and busboy! So service is poor when it’s crowded, because one person can’t do all those jobs at once!
