the property itself is absolutely beautiful!! Clean rooms and bathroom, comfy bed, and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and the farmers market. Delicious breakfast made to order with anything you could want. I will definitely stay here again!

nothing! not something that I didn’t like but something to note- We stayed in the Lyndon room and the bathroom isn’t attached to the room, it’s a couple of feet down the hall. it didn’t bother me at all but just something to know before you get there!

Excellent home cooked breakfast and coffee in the morning. The owner, Anton, was so sweet. Absolutely beautiful property with a very homey feel. Excellent binder in the room which explained all the bed and breakfast amenities and local restaurants.

We stayed in the Keeneland Room which had a private bathroom but it was across the hall. It was not super inconvenient, but I wish I would have paid closer attention to this when I booked. The bed was also only a queen and my husband and I would have preferred a king. The bed was not very comfortable.

I couldn’t seem to get the hang of the system and there really was not a good explanation of how to make the complicated system work.

Anton was such a great host going above and beyond. He pays so much attention to detail providing a comfortable stay, even including a wonderful vegan breakfast each day. Beautiful place!

I had a great visit to the horse park and graduation everything was perfect at the house and I would love to return as soon as I can to explore more Kentucky places. This time I'm going to bring my sister so she can enjoy the bed and breakfast too.

The house is adorable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. We received the door code before arrival and the key was waiting for us at check-in. Our room was clean and the decor is charming.

I might have appreciated more luxurious toiletries, as I like to feel spoiled. That said, what was provided was more than adequate.
