Room service food was good, delivered hot, and not too costly. The guy that delivered our food was really nice. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

When we went to our room our keys didn't work. They came up to our floor and brought us new cards though. When we left the garage our parking key didn't work so we were stuck at the gate for 10 minutes waiting on them to lift the gate. I had to call back after the 10 minutes, and it was opened immediately. I feel like they forgot we were sitting there. The bathroom needs updating, but it was clean. The fixtures were old. It was hard to get the shower to work.

The location is perfect and the view of the city is amazing! Our room was large with plenty of space. I loved that we could easily walk anywhere downtown.

Our room was hot. Even though we had our thermostat turned down to 60 degrees I don't believe it ever actually reached that temperature. We didn't sleep great at night because of it and I have to wonder how anyone could survive staying there during the summer. I know we weren't the only ones who had this problem because someone in the elevator told us they had to go request a fan because their room was so warm. For the price that we paid to stay there I would expect the heating/cooling system to be effective.

Service was excellent. When the drink vending machine was not taking my card and I didn’t have exact change, I asked front desk for help in breaking a large bill to make smaller bills, and sure enough they all helped in making that possible.

The two drink vending machines I tried could not take my card no matter what & how I tried, but it lead to the employees on their great assistance. I did end up lost on the 2nd floor trying to find which way lead to the skybridge walkway and the other to the 2nd floor parking garage, would’ve been nice to have clearer signs showing the way.

Location, Christopher (checkin staff) Clean

Other checkin clerks did not acknowledge me who weren’t attending to customers and just having a general conversation with each other, but Christopher who just finished with a customer saw to me promptly. I called out that that was poor service and I appreciated his prompt and courteous response.  To which the other clerks tried to make light of their rudeness when it was found out that Christopher and I were from the same home town unknowingly.

Location was excellent, in 20 minutes I went from seated in Rupp Arena to my room. This is moving with a huge crowd and waiting in line for elevators and all of the usual obstacles. All of the staff were polite and helpful, a great experience. Parking was a very short walk from next door and I didn't have to cross a street and deal with any traffic.

Limited food options after we got out of the concert. This is not the hotels fault, the area restaurants were closing so door dash was suggested as an option.

It was across the street from our venue, the staff was super nice and the rooms were nice and clean. Our room allowed us to view our entrance to the show. Though it was a little pricey the breakfast in the Triangle Grille was really good and their staff was very nice.

The elevator numbers to show what floor you were on were kind of weird; different ones read differently and one of them showed we were on 1 when we were on 11 and 2 when we were on 12. But that wasn’t a big deal.

I just didn’t like the fact booking didn’t reply message that I already paid in full for my two nights then after everything was confirm , Hilton hotel still tried to charge my card $601 . I don’t know why they would try to get a extra 600 out of me but thank god my card was locked cause that would have been a big issue for me

The stay was great and the hotel staff was fantastic. They helped me out when booking.com didn’t actually confirm my reservation, so when I got to the hotel they didn’t have my reservation information or anything. I was lucky they were able to create a reservation for me in real time so I still had a room to stay in.

Breakfast buffet great. Overnight staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff helpful and friendly.

Given wrong size bed initially. Reserved king and was given two queens. Had to go back to desk to change . Was not given breakfast card that I paid for had to go yo desk to request it.

The location was great for walking to restaurants and breweries and the room was very clean. The USB plugs throughout the room was also a huge plus. Being able to check in and out on the Hilton app was very convenient.

My key on the Hilton app stopped working and I had to go to the front desk to get a physical key. The front desk was helpful and it was a quick fix but still a little inconvenient.
