The hotel was easy to find. I liked the fact it had an off-street private parking lot and a reasonable parking fee. Loved the fact that it is on the Historic Registry - it is well-kept and charming, not your typical cookie-cutter hotel. Breakfast was very good, as it usually is in the Hilton hotels, I am particularly fond of their oatmeal. The artwork I saw in the corridors and in our room was interesting and to the point in horse country. Great shower and spacious bathroom, great thirsty towels! Loved the small bucket with shower cap etc.

As I am not a tall person, I had some difficulty getting into the bed, it was just a bit too high for my taste. However, it was very comfortable, with nice linens. The small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were appreciated, but in every instance the contents of the bottles were almost impossible to get out. It took a lot of shaking and squeezing to get the required amount of shower gel out. Same with the body lotion.

Our stay at The Sire Hotel was great. The location is very convenient, and is within walking distance to the city center. The hotel was under renovation, so the bar and restaurant was closed, but it wasn't a big deal since we could walk so many places. The hotel was super clean, and had very nice furnishings. Our room was ready early, and we were able to use digital check in, so we didn't interact with the staff much, but they were friendly during our comings and goings. It is also a perk to have free parking onsite.

No complaints, and everything was to our expectations.

Convenient location within walking distance of downtown. Quiet neighborhood, adjacent hotel parking lot, helpful staff. Although booked on booking.com, hotel allowed online checkin and room selection through Hilton Honors app. (Call hotel directly for them to add the room to your account on the Hilton app.) Room had great natural light and blackout shades. Hotel's web site says breakfast is not available; booking.com says it's $1/person. It was available and free, although relatively basic; nonetheless, a pleasant surprise. Great fire pit outside hotel entrance. Keurig coffeemaker a plus.

Convenience. Staff so friendly. Front desk check in and check out loved the people. Bartenders and breakfast staff were terrific.

Sheets were hot - didn’t breathe. Room didn’t go below 68 degrees so was warm. Blinds should be so cant see in from the street on first floor but lets in light. Room very dark as minimal lighting with blinds closed. Needs more light. Not crazy about the shower jets and rain shower heads.

the history of the building is interesting and the rooms were done well preserving the nooks and not trying to cover them up. Hilton has done a wonderful job in renewing this building. beds are super comfortable as always. we stay here whenever we are in Lexington and plan on staying in the future. location makes it easy to walk a few blocks to rupp or the opera house and keeps you from dealing with down town parking.

for the room price parking should not be an additional charge but included

The location was great! It was a very easy walk to many restaurants and bars in the old town. It was also easy to take a nice walk to the Transylvania university and to experience the historic section of Lexington. The room was comfortable and clean. We like the fire pit area, but were unable to enjoy it due to rain.

I enjoyed the tall ceilings which makes me feel less cramped in a hotel. The glass shower with rainfall plus two jets on the shower wall was very nice. The front desk is helpful and friendly. We had a super late check in due to flight connection issues and still were accommodated.

There’s no way to check-in completely remotely/contactlessly. I relish the day when I can park and go to my stay contactlessly.

Loved the location of the hotel. The small patio out front with a working fireplace and the little courtyard out back with the gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and swings. Building itself is on a list of historical places. Also, the shower was fantastic,

The size of the room was quite small, felt very tight. No real room to move about at all.

This is a very nice property that manages to feel both old school and modern at the same time. The location is perfect, the rooms are well-appointed, and staff is top-notch. Breakfast is fresh and well-prepared. The bar is small but has just about anything you might ask for. I would go so far as to say that if you stay here and don't enjoy it, the issue is likely you.

I love a good manager's social hour in the evening. That would have been nice.

I loved everything about the property. The room was just big enough, the location was excellent, it was clean, and it was rather quiet for such a busy part of Lexington! Also…. RAIN. SHOWER. I was in heaven.

Everything was clean, but there was residue left on most surfaces from the cleaning supplies. Super small thing, and with covid still being in the air, totally understandable. I’d still give it a 10/10!
