The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The desk was large and had a hide away table on wheels which was useful. The pool was nice as well.

They seem to have issues with cleaning folks. A hallway spill took several hours to clean up. The room was not cleaned between our first night and our second night. There was only one washer and one dryer in the laundry room and we never did get our clothes in because it was always occupied.

The hotel is in a isolated spot away from traffic noise. The furniture and carpet look new and fresh. It seems incredibly clean and was a very quiet stay overall. No take away breakfast which was a surprise since most of the other hotels are doing that. I also got a very good price point with booking.com

I could hear small child crying in the room, actually a small child screeching in the room next door. I had a connecting door in the room and I think that lets more sound in. But otherwise everything calmed down by 10:00 p.m.

The breakfast was good, not great. It wasn't a buffet but an order from a pretty limited choice of options. Being able to order a beer from the bar there was a positive.

There are "Pool/whirlpool" signs in the hotel. So, I wanted to sit in the whirlpool, which I thought was going to be a hot tub. In fact, there is no whirlpool or hot tub at the hotel. It looks like there may have been at one time but not now. That is a bit misleading.

Great location and quiet area! It was just a few minutes from Rupp Arena, my son and I went to see WWE. We really enjoyed our time! Great rates too!

I may have been doing it wrong but you had to push a button on the inside that would allow the refrigerator to turn on and it was limited to 2 hours.

The overall room was fine. Very clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Location is just off the main highway so it is very quiet, no traffic noises.

The couch in the room was not designed for comfort. We ended up using the desk chair and/or bed most of the time as the couch was designed more for looks.

Liked the bedding, the white bedding made everything seem so fresh. The beds were comfortable, and we all rested well. The pool was great entertainment for my children. The staff were friendly as well.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was large and clean. The staff was great.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. If I had "complaints" it's a little bit on the expensive side considering it's location was not exactly near anything, it kind of gave off nursing home vibes and the sink was not in the bathroom and I personally am not a fan of that but again not really complaints.

The room was nice. It had a pleasant aroma when we opened the door.

I thought free breakfast was included, but it did have a Starbucks and a restaurant inside.
