Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and cold cold cold A/C! Didnt wake up in time for breakfast nor did we make it to the pool so all I can speak of is the staff and room and both were lovely.

Our first room, the bedding was horrible!! Disgustingly nasty, so I went to front desk to complain, she quickly made it right! Upgraded to a bigger room and done a walk through to make sure it was up to par!!

I hardly ever give an excellent rating but we stayed here before. Rooms are clean comfortable and staff have gone out of their way to help out. Anytime we stay in Louisville it will be there..my granddaughter has a tourney in July and we told our daughter to book there! Keep up the great work!

A lot of traffic outside the hotel. Depending on time of day it took a bit to get out of parking lot.

Most hotels have opened the pool area. At this location the pool is not available but again with the COVID precautions I understand.
