Room was nice. Place was clean and easy to get to. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Pretty quiet. Didn’t hear others much at all. Only the air planes flying over. Only a couple issues noted.

Not a good breakfast either day. It was cold and seemed old. Coffee was good one day but cold the other. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall which really surprised me since everything else was so nice.

The staff was great! One of the ladies saw I was fanning myself at breakfast and brought me over my own fan! I got in late on the first night and the driver of the shuttle offered to take me to the store for supplies since they didn't have a restaurant. That was awesome!

Lots of traffic noise in the mornings.

Breakfast was fantastic! We loved that the gym had a peloton bike-- huge plus for those who travel but still try and get in a quick workout. Property was clean, easy to find, and close to all major attractions.

There were times the airport traffic could be a bit noisy, but not a deal breaker.

Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool, and the breakfast options were varied and plentiful. The room was also a great size for our family of 4.

I didn't like being close to the airport, but we were aware of that ahead of time. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, but that's merely an aesthetic issue that didn't impact our stay.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and surprisingly, the breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of different foods to choose from. I will definitely book another night at this hotel when I come back to Louisville. Staff was also very friendly.

The pool looked a little dirty so I didn’t use it. But it could have been bad lighting.

The room is very big, beds are comfortable. Outdoor seating area was nice.

The pool closed hours before the scheduled time. The breakfast was chaos. Items were not being restocked enough. Cereal, yogurt, spoons, creamer and more, all empty for long periods of time. More staff was needed working the breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing. Many options to choose from: Breakfast sandwiches, biscuits & gravy and 4 types of juice. The staff was friendly. They gave free cookies and check-in and extremely friendly.

The shower was a bit dirty...black marks on the floor. There was only a single bar of soap in the bathroom.

Loved the room and the staff, everyone was so kind and sweet!! The rooms were amazing!!! The parking was great and breakfast was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again though they were very accommodating to everyone.

The swimming pool seemed like it needed cleaned thoroughly, but that was honestly my only dislike

Entire facility was extremely nice and clean! Very friendly staff. Spacious. Delicious breakfast!

The bathroom door in the room. It didn't provide privacy as there were crack openings when shut. There was also no vent fan in the bathroom.

The atmosphere is pleasant, comfortable, friendly. DJ was great, she helped me get a first floor room to accommodate my husband who just had surgery.
