Front desk staff & housekeeping staff were excellent. Very friendly. Very helpful, Breakfast was very good. I ate too many waffles. Thank you for accommodating my Service Dog. I will stay there again. Thank you.

It would be nice if your T.V.'s had Caption for the Deaf (my wife). She would be able to read what they are saying. The room safe was not working. The device needed to make the safe operable was also broken. Safe was not important. The empty property next to the hotel-A Starbucks would fit there.

Great hotel

Booked the room so we could use the pool. The pool had a sign stating that it was closed because there was no lifeguard. I asked the person at the desk if that was the problem ( I've been to MANY hotels with pools and there's never been a lifeguard) I was told that the water temperature was the problem. First of all I didn't like that two different issues were given to me Second I feel the hotel should have contacted the customers to inform them the pool was not available Also the breakfast was not sufficient. I've had better(much better) at all of my previous hotel visits across North America.

our deluxe king bedroom suite! The whole suite extremely large we had a dining table that easily sat 6 ppl.

We did not care for the breakfast; The peanut butter had separated/oil. It was OLD/EXPIRED. It contains sugar/preservative in it. This should have been checked and not been put out. It should have been thrown out. The eggs had water in it. This tells me, that it was prepared in the microwave. The suites needs a small FULL size fridge

Location, quiet, and friendly

The only thing that I did not like, was the water pressure coming out of the showerhead was not strong enough to what I’m used to. And the first morning for breakfast was OK. There was no waffle mix there was no scrambled eggs. The milk was sour so I had to eat somewhere else for breakfast that morning either and that the rest of my day was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very little noise the two nights we were there. Everyone was friendly and helpful, if needed. The parking was convenient even with a little rain one day.

The toaster at the breakfast bar didn't work right the second day which resulted in soggy toast after several tries. The breakfast offerings were not as "home-cooked" as other hotels. As a tea drinker I would have liked a little higher quality tea bag offering. I was sad there was no discount for seniors the weekend we were there.

check in and check out

Key card didn't work properly; refrigerator was making so much noise that we unplugged it; Toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down....all was reported to main desk upon checkout. Blackout curtain was installed backwards; room was at 62 degrees when we entered. Ridiculously cold and wasteful of energy (74 would have been better)

It’s very convenient close to a lot of places.Also no pets or smoking which was great .The front desk was friendly the tv stopped working and she switched us next door. Has a small patio to sit which was great overall clean .Hallways were quiet and not to crowded.

The beds are a little hard. Also the bathroom could of been a bit more clean had stains on the towels.

The breakfast items were plentiful and tasty. The staff was super friendly and respectful. I enjoyed talking with the two beautiful ladies at the desk (the girl with the pink finger nails & the other with white finger nails.) I wish I got their names. So they could get recognition.

The only thing I would say is that the coffee was not quite hot enough.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and always clean. The room was great, big enough for all of us.

There are no hooks in the bathroom or bedroom to hang towels or clothes. The mattress for the sofa bed was old, lumpy, and you would roll towards the center.

Was close to shopping Sam’s club right next door. Close to restaurants. About 12 minutes from Walmart. Rooms were very clean, staff really nice, breakfast was good. Plenty on hand. Has an outdoor patio was fenced in. We would stay again. We were very pleased.
