The moment I walked into the lobby I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant and beautiful decor. This hotel is very new and extremely clean. The continental breakfast was excellent, it has wide range of choices, from waffle, bacon, sausage, milk, juice, coffee, fruits, bagel, muffins, etc., and I enjoyed it very much. My son and I stayed there for four nights for his National Speech&Debate Tournament, we stayed at a king suite. It was very spacious and the design was very smart. They put closet and sink in the middle to separate the bed room from the living room, each room had its own TV, unless you need to go to bathroom, you can enjoy the peace and quite of your own. Last but not least, during my stay, I encountered several employees, every single one of them was genuinely welcoming and ready to do whatever they could to make your stay more pleasant. Especially Amir, he worked with for more than an hour to solve an issue created by Booking.com. If I ever go to Louisville again, this hotel will be my first and only choice.

It was worth the price , breakfast was good, good quality internet, variety of channels, room and hotel was very clean. They use Dove products which was a plus. It exceeded expectations especially for the price. I'm a traveling nurse and will be back for sure

I was sketchy of the outside, Air in the room was slow to cool the room off, folks was allowed to bring the dogs but didn't have them on a leash. Everybody doesn't like dogs running up on them..

I had an anaphylactic reaction to the hotel soap. The staff was amazing in helping my boyfriend call 911 while I was unconscious. The next day she repeatedly checked on us, and gave us a sample of the soap to take home to my allergist.

I have an anaphylactic reaction to the soap at the hotel. The ambulance had to take me to the ER as I kept going unconscious and was struggling to breath. We spent the entire night in the ER and went home as soon as I was discharged from the hospital as I feared getting back into contact with the allergen.

The staff was so helpful and friendly and definitely went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met . I wish I could remember everyone’s name to mention them by name , My hats off to the service and dedication to Carlos he is just one of the amazing employees , Crystal at the front desk , thanks to everyone that was involved this past weekend, I recommend this Establishment!!

Fantastic staff- nothing too much trouble. Modern and clean , very large room, good location. Lots of toiletries provided, air con really powerful too

My room really smelt of cigarettes/ smoke despite it being a smoke free room, all of my clothes and suitcase came back still smelling of it. Perfume couldn’t mask it. I would stay again but in hind sight I should have raised the issue with staff

We absolutely loved the staff! They went above and beyond ... even finding a deck of cards and UNO game for my girls to borrow! They got us extras we needed and were kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout. Breakfast was a bonus too, hot and well stocked!

Not anything that can actually be changed, but the only thing we did not like was the actual location. It is listed as AIPORT/EXPO CENTER ... but if you look closely it is actually over 3 miles from the airport and you have to go through a neighborhood with apartments to get to it. Not thrilled with that or especially the apartment building that butts right up to the complex/parking lot.

Staff was sweet Handicap room was set up very nice and very clean. It was quiet and peaceful.

Pet policy/ service dog policy should be more clearly listed on site. Breakfast eggs were meh... scrambled would be better. But overall decent. More outdoor seating would be amazing, maybe smoking and non-smoking.

I was unknowingly traveling into a major snowstorm. Had to cancel my original hotel booking as we were stuck two hours away from our destination. Because of the bad situation, I all over the state, I called wingate, explained my situation, cancelled my reservation and requested that i be freed from any charges because of the weather situation. The front desk was so understanding and accommodating and reached out to booking.com to explain the situation. She cancelled my reservation and rebooked me for the following next two days instead as I had to stay a day longer due to flight cancellations.

Great location near the airport. Free parking. Clean room, mostly quiet and a comfortable bed. Decent breakfast included.

The outdoor pool was not open until Memorial Day. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Room was very clean. Lighting was wonderful. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful.

When I go to a hotel, I don’t want to see any cobwebs. Especially when you can tell they’ve been there for some time. There were cobwebs in the room in the corner by the curtains next to the bed. There were cobwebs in the bathroom in the corner over the toilet and in the corner under the sink. Maybe I’m just particular.
