The lady who checked us in was nice ,but she didn't ask if I was a Hilton Honors member. I forgot to ask since we had been traveling all day from Iowa, going to Greer, SC.

Room phone didn't work. I forgot to let them know. Also, the page on Book It .com needs to be updated on pets. They do allow pets, which I don't like due to dogs barking, fleas, and what else they may carry. I love dogs , but not all folks take care of them properly. Hopefully, they will keep them in specific rooms only and use those rooms specifically for people & animals.

Modern, clean, well-maintained facility in a great location. Friendly staff. Nice, full breakfast. Great rooms, comfortable beds. Rate did not go up during my stay. Traveling to see elderly military veteran father in assisted living facility and Hampton's location is ideal. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times. Thank you.

No complaints. One minor breakfast recommendation--orange juice would be better with less water, please.

Free wi-fi was great. Popcorn, coffee, tea, lemonade available upon arrival and throughout the day. Breakfast was great: apples, bananas, yogurt, cheese omelettes, potatoes, turkey sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, cereal, juice….plenty to choose from. Room was clean and sanitizing stations provided by elevator access on each floor.

The free breakfast at the hotel is excellent!! Hot breakfast with variety every morning, plenty of options, all you want, some type of egg, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, yogurts, cereal, muffins, etc. Wonderful.

The only comment I have was that the elevator was having issues during my stay, and I was in a third-floor room. During the three nights I stayed here, two of the days the elevator had some issues, and I did have to take the stairs two days. There is only one elevator on the property. However, I realize this was just my 'luck', and could have happened to anyone. Once the elevator was fixed, it worked absolutely fine.

This was a quick 1-night stop to break up a long drive, so we didn't get chance to explore the hotel too much. However, the room was a good size and it was clean and well equipped. The WiFi was fast, which was an unexpected bonus and breakfast was reasonable. I'd stay here again.

The staff was very helpful.

I have to limit myself on black pepper I mentioned this to another lady she has IBS, she also has a issue with Black pepper. The eggs had a lot of black pepper on them. I know this isn't a common problem but an easy fix, just let people add pepper to their meals.

Minor, though a bit annoying repeat item--breakfast juices at dispenser are "watered down" and lack full flavor. Please fix this. Thank you.

Considering the environment we live in with Covid, they did a great job with making you feel safe. Property and rooms very nice, staff friendly.

It was very clean and up to date with plenty of parking. The breakfast and coffee were good.

We had a great stay. A channel guide for the tv would have been convenient but obviously not a deal breaker.

We enjoyed this Hampton Inn. Recently remodeled it had everything new and updated. Very nice breakfast and staff were kind and helpful. We traveled north to see Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Both were awesome!
