The fitness center was better than most. Pool was nice and this hotel has a jacuzzi. Love that there was coffee/ available in the rooms and also tea and coffee in the lobby. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The young man at the desk was very nice and sweet and I enjoyed talking with him.

I think I would have liked a room with a bigger bathroom. The bathroom housed the tub/shower, toilet and the sink. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. The worst part was that there was a smell in the hallways of food cooking. smelled like curry or something. There also was a no pet policy and someone came out of the room with a small dog who immediately came towards me and was barking at me. I think the jacuzzi should have more upkeep. Looks a little old which made it much less appealing.

We arrived very late - 1am. The employee at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. The price was very good. The room was very clean - I could tell the sheets were fresh. All the cleaning staff was friendly.

It was just a little bit rough around the edges. For example the carpeting on the staircase was a little frayed. There didn't appear to be air conditioning in the hallway - but our room temperature was perfect.

The staff was really nice. The buffet style breakfast bar was great. Room was clean, WIFI worked well so I could do my classes online while I was away from home. Located right off the freeway, and close to many restaurants.

Nothing the hotel could control. The area is on a bunch of hills, which we were not used to in Michigan. A lot of the businesses around there do not have separate driveways off the main road. You have to turn onto another street and cut though other businesses parking lots to get where you need to go. Just like the hotel, you need to turn onto a street and cut through the restaurants parking lot to get to the hotel. Like I said, not the hotels fault, it's just the geography of the area.

Close to highway and friendly front desk lady.

Parking, no place to park not enough spaces. Breakfast, expected more and tastier food with variety. Went down early too. Out of the flavored creamers and regular creamer.

The beds were very comfortable. We stayed there travelling on our way home so it was a place to sleep. It was conveniently located off of I75

The room was a bit small

Very good breakfast with a good variety of food offered (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffles, juices and toast or bagels). The lady running the breakfast was VERY helpful and polite.

My only concern was that there was only one vending area and it was on a different floor than we were on.

it’s not a 5 star by any means but it has enough parking, multiple entrances for easy room access, clean rooms. I enjoyed my stay and will be back!

My only complaint is the outside parking area isn’t lit that well but other than that I don’t see any major issues.

Dude at the desk was cool and helpful

The fridge in our room (219) didn’t seem to be calibrated right and there didn’t seem to be a dial, all of our food/drinks were frozen making them near impossible to eat

Comfortable and clean. Very nice room.

Had other guest outside of our room talking and caring on until around midnight. They were with a motorcycle group.

Everything was ok.heater was very noisy,didn’t work great.

I am an early morning and late person who like to read. I would have liked a floor lamp behind the chair.
