Comfort Inn Lexington South

The location was far enough outside of lexington that getting on the main road wasn’t an issue, easy drive to the mall, and exactly where i wanted to stay at. The bed and bathroom was nice and the staff was really nice

found a couple dead bugs in the floor, the tv just would not connect to the wifi and i had to use personal hotspot for it to work (the roku). the walls was thin and kept hearing kids yelling and running in the hall and thumps from upstairs.

We checked in very late (midnight) and the staff member was very nice. Told us exactly where our room would be. The room was comfortable, breakfast was really good too! We were only there for about 9 hours so we didn’t get a lot of experience besides sleeping, but we slept really good!

The shower rod was slanted so the shower curtain didn’t shut all the way, it kept sliding to the middle. There was gunk on the walls in the bathroom shower area. The fitted sheet wasn’t all the way tucked into the bed. We got there super late and put in our reservation that we wouldn’t be there until 11pm-midnight, so this surprised me.

Clean room and facility over all. Comfortable bedding. Polite staff.

While this is out of control of the hotel itself, the guests on our floor were very loud. I was woken up at 7am by guests back and forth with not much regard that others may be sleeping. At one point there was a conversation going on for so long outside of our door, I slid a note under the door asking if they could please be quiet or finish chatting somewhere else. I’m personally an early riser, but was hoping to sleep in a bit while being out of town after a late night. There was also a dog staying on our floor, which is fine, but the early morning barking was disruptive. Checkout time was 11AM and while I understand housekeeping has a job to do, we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door and around 9AM they came by knocking loudly on all doors surrounding our room.

The staff was super friendly and the motel and room was very clean. The lady at front desk was polite and wanted to make sure our stay went well. The bed was very comfy and we had exactly what we needed in our room. The breakfast had more choices than expected. All of the staff was amazing. Will definitely be going back to stay again.

The breakfast was hot and the location of the hotel served my needs well. The staff was very friendly.

I felt the bathroom could have been cleaner - wallpaper around the shower was dirty. I thought the carpet could have been vacuumed and the very dark brown bedspread could have been Lint rolled. I'm not sure why all hotels have terribly flat pillows and hard mattresses, but they do, this one included.

I came in at night and had trouble finding the access road. better signage and lighting would help. The first room I was assigned to had a toilet that constantly ran. No attempts to stop it worked. I was moved to another room that did not seem to have any problems. I rarely saw staff. the desk was only ‘staffed’ with a bell to ring.

We played in a tournament which was just a walk away. The location was perfect...

Funny story. Needless to say there was a wedding group that stayed the same night. After about 10 o'clock they decided to party again. They were a little loud but it was very entertaining because my mom though someone was trying to break in. As far as sleeping they didnt bother me because I couldn't sleep. I was so nervous about the tournament. All in all a very nice place to stay and the staff was excellent.

it served our needs for our family with nice clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast bar. We will stay again when we visit the area.

A master key was issued out on Saturday and he enter in our room 219 around 530pm saying he was in the wrong room. Our security lock was on he still enter. Why was a master key be given to a customer not his room key. Might want to check your employees to see if an inside job helping remove tv heard one was taken on Saturday

Very nice place to stay and quite as well. I wasn't in the room except to sleep 10pm-5am so I didn't use the many amenities

I thought it was a great value I liked it all easy to check in and out.
