Quality Inn

Our rooms (we booked two) were extremely clean! Literally spotless. The hotel was renovated recently and in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. She remembered my name when I checked out the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient location and great price!

The hallways had a slightly musty smell likely from the indoor pool. It was not overbearing or negative, just mildly noticeable. The common areas and our rooms were extremely clean, among the cleanest we’ve seen, and we travel frequently, so that’s the most important thing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It's sometimes hard to find pet friendly places to stay but this Quality Inn was very accommodating.

We were a little upset that we couldn't take our breakfast back to the room to eat. I have never run in to that situation before at any place we have stayed. We wanted breakfast in our room because we do not dine in restaurants due to Covid and my compromised immune system. This caused us to have to order our breakfast at a restaurant both mornings and bring it back to the room and eat. We had all of our other meals in the room during our stay. That is their rule and I am sure they have valid reasons so we followed it. We really just didn't understand. Other than that everything was great and that was just a minor inconvenience for us. We will most difinetly stay here on our next trip to Berea, thank you for your hospitality. Hope to see you again soon!

Have stayed here before and this stay was equal to previous stays...courteous front desk staff, especially on arrival. No issues there...overall a good stay.

My shower head was pointed out, so when i turned on the shower, it flooded the floor, using most of the towels. Also when I was leaving, I was using a cart. 2 staff watched me go out and in to return the cart through one door, which took some maneuvering, and no one offered to assist, just watched. Not a big deal, but effort would have been appreciated.

Conveniently located off I-75 Bed was very comfortable. Fitness center had treadmill, elliptical, and free weights. Large property for walking.

Room smelled like cigar smoke when first entering (in front of bathroom). After entering, the odor was not as noticeable or I became used to it. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were rubbery/dry and coffee was very bitter even after adding creamer.

The check in was real easy. The receptionist was very polite. The room was very clean. The whole property was very clean and nice. The bed was soooo comfy! There is a little country buffet right beside the property with all you can eat. It was real good eating! I like how I could just walk right over to the restaurant. The property has an inside pool that was so nice. I liked how it was not too deep. My 6 year old daughter loved the pool!! It is very convenient to Berea College. I was there visiting my oldest daughter while she attends Berea College. I lucked up finding this hotel!! That's where I will stay again when I go back to visit!!

The bathroom didn't have enough toilet paper. They did not refill the toilet paper before our stay in the room and we ran out. We had to use the Kleenex that was there for toilet paper. Lol. The breakfast ended too early. I feel like it should at least last until 10 or 10:30 am.

The location was in a quiet place, off the main road. Check in was a breeze. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I checked the seams on the bed and it was perfectly clean, sheets and pillows were clean, nice and fluffy. Bathroom was clean and had the usual amenities (soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, facial wipes). I don't think they get enough credit for their breakfast in previous posts. So here's everything that was available: breakfast was white and wheat bread with packets of butter, peanut butter and jelly, muffins, scrambled eggs, buscuits and gravy, sausage patties, cereal, bananas, milk, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. There was a waffle iron as well but only one so you had to wait to use it if you wanted waffles. Maple syrup was also available. The gym looked really nice but I didn't have enough time to use it. Great looking set of weights though. The pool was closed but this was a quick stay on the way to Florida so it was not important to my husband and I. If you are looking for a one or two night stay this is a nice hotel. It's just a place to sleep and eat.

The price seemed a little high.

The location is perfect for my needs. The young man who was behind the counter was extremely helpful and very nice. Breakfast was the usual,but the lady kept everything clean and replenished. This is the third time I have stayed here...and I will return.

Having a $10.00 early check-in fee seemed a bit unnecessary.

The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was typical but quite good. The staff were friendly. The room overlooked the parking lot and we could see our vehicle from the window. I like that.

There are no USB ports for charging devices. The Internet connection was poor, and turned off at 9:00 pm. The TV went off too, right in the middle of a movie. Lights out early.

Breakfast was ok, food was filling, not hot,. The place could do with a paint job, but the staff was great the room was spotless, the bed, comfortable. No outside noise. Small restaurant next door. Book early though, fills up fast at night.

Just a little sprucing up, that's all, otherwise we would for sure stay there again. We stayed for two nights, great sleep!

Location was great. Right off the interstate. Great restaurant right next door. And only 5 minutes drive to downtown Berea. Loved the pool. Clean. Rooms were very clean and large. Lobby was very cosey. Staff were very friendly.

The only complaint we had was the bed. We both woke up with terrible back aches. Dont know if it was an older mattress or just how it was made.
