Nice clean room. It had bonus twin beds which was unexpected. With have older kids that don't like to sleep together the bunk beds were great. Breakfast was great.

It was took expensive. $268 was way to much. I have a feeling the price was jack up due to a ball tournament and it being the weekend.

It was really good had it every morning while I was there the biscuit and gravy were the best part they ran out of chocolate milk the last 2 days I was there but still had everything else we needed

The breakfast was out standing. The location was great. And the people working the facility were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Very fresh, biscuits and gravy omg!! Better than any restaurant. I give it 10 out of 10. Definitely staying here next time I’m Somerset.

Honestly nothing.

We were especially impressed with the hot breakfast foods that were offered. We loved the eggs and biscuts and gravy. We were happy with the room and how it had everything we needed. It even had a keruig coffemaker in the room. The staff were friendly and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Nothing to report. Everything was great. We do not have any complaints or suggestions because it exceeded our expectations. We were completely satisfied with our stay and then some. Great job.

The facility in general was very clean and well maintained. The beds are very soft and they give you 4 pillows per bed. I liked that they gave you body soap, shampoo and conditioner that hung from a dispenser inside the shower...not the small sample bottles!! We even had a hairdryer. The breakfast omelets was the only thing that was not very good at breakfast...to spicy for my liking but maybe not for others. There cinnamon rolls where AMAZING!! My family will definitely stay here again. Very well maintained facility and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Holiday Inn for an enjoyable vacation!

just the omelets...to spicy for my liking. I think if they offered omelets with bacon or sausage mixed in might be better. Also, you might want to offer more kid friendly cereals. You only had frosted flakes and raisin brand...which most kids don't eat. My daughter was wanting cheerios but it was not an option. But did not deter us from enjoying our breakfast.

only complaint was that we had the room that had bunk beds, which we loved that aspect but there was no kind of vent going into that room so the kids were hot in there and had trouble sleeping

The hotel and the rooms were well maintained, clean, comfortable. The breakfast was very good! The room was more than what we would usually pay for a room, but it was a very nice stay.

Only complaint was mainly for this Booking site for giving options of us haven those two rooms close together when it isn’t guaranteed If you book two rooms your holding of $100 is $200 and didn’t have the rooms next two other we travel as 2 families. I booked 3 weeks in an advance to have them together an it was with my notes. I don’t like my kids running in the hallway or playing on the elevator Only complaint.

Location was good. Near a bunch of main restaurants and shops. Across the street from a mall and ALDI. Breakfast was good, a decent selection of hot and cold options. Pool was also a great size and nobody complained they were cold!

The bathroom in our room had a strange smell. Like there was a water leak or something behind the wall. Wasn't bad enough to bring to hotel attention to change our room so can't review on staffs responsiveness to the situation. Also shower curtain didn't cover enough and always ended up with water on the floor. I also wish the breakfast lobby/room was cleaned quicker as the trash overfilled quickly and tables needed wiped during a busier time of breakfast.
