The fact that I was a local they charged $250 deposite., And automatically put it on hold, causing that money to be on hold an additional 3-5 days before going back to my card. I was told that the reason for such deposit was because locals were more likely to destroy a hotel room than an out of state visitors. Not everyone that rents rooms are actually still living out of state. So I really feel that it's not fair.. That policy should change. Make it across the board if you gonna charge that kind of money .

It was a pleasant surprise, the pictures didn't do the place justice. The courtyard was very nice, with its pool, jacuzzi, and bar. Not to mention restrooms down in the courtyard so guests wouldn't have to go back to their rooms. The hot breakfast was nice, and the hotel was near a lot of stores and restaurants.

The only issue was the WIFI was almost nonexistent. I tried connecting my tablet to watch one of my steaming services, and it kept saying check signal. The TV couldn't make it through a single show without freezing or repeating a 15 sec loop. Which you would have to call some one, wait till they got to your room, and reset the box.

The value for money here is unreal. The place is clean, comfy, spacious and the staff are great. An uber only costs $20 to get over the bridge and into the busy zones - and what about the breakfast included? It's a no-brainer to stay here, and we will definitely do so again when we return.

The TV stopped working a couple times, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Bring your own Firestick, it can be plugged into the TV no problem.

Loved the pool and bar area. Staff was wonderful and very informative about New Orleans conditions for safety. I used an Uber for going to the French Quarter tours, comparable procing and great experience. The room was Exceptional!! Im gonna have to say, "This is the Best Hotel I have ever stayed at"

The pool cleaning, i had planned a relaxed day, but the pool was out of commission.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, thanks to the delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and stunning pool area. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. The pool provided a peaceful retreat with a beautiful view, and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The breakfast was top notch from the on site restaurant. The location is close to a variety of entertainment and eating options

I had no issues during my stay which lasted over 7 days. I have no problem with recommending this location. There are cheaper locations in this area but i will definitely return to this location on my next trip

Situated at a major intersection there is still no traffic noise since all rooms are situated around an inner courtyard with swimming pool and bar. However, if there are loud activities in pool/bar area all rooms suffer from noise. Was not the case when I was there. The breakfast was great, you can choose from a wide variety of food. Ample parking and the hotel can be entered directly from the 3 parking lots. Great for trips to New Orleans when you avoid pick hours.

Walls are really thin and there are connecting doors. 2 of 3 nights I suffered from loud neighbors.

The accommodation is situated in a quiet area. There are enough parking spots in front of the hotel. The room is spacious enough.

The breakfast was very poor, not worth the extra money. The air-conditioning unit is quite loud while operating and the water from it was leaking inside the room instead of outside. The bed sheets smelled of chlorine (probably to make it clean and disinfected, but too much)...

I loved how the ladies made the hot breakfast different everyday & enjoyed the complimentary BOGO drink coupons for the bar.

I didn't like that the TV didn't have cable when we made it to our room but it was fixed accordingly and also didn't like that the hot tub closes so early. We really wanted to get in it but just was too much of a time crunch.

When we got there we couldn't check in until 3:00 and the next day we seen other guests checking in before check in time I have stayed here several times and we never had to wait until 3:00 to check in we made it there at 1:00pm and we had to wait until 3pm to check in while the other guests that was in front of us checking in at the same time we arrived.
